Chris from TO Plumbing is a Rock Star! Nothing worse than coming home Friday night after a long work week to find it "raining" from the upstairs bathroom into your garage Our regular plumber was booked but they recommended TO Plumbing and wow was it a great recc! Chris was excellent- quickly fixed the problem by replacing the old tub cartridge without trying to rip me off by selling me a 6X more expensive total valve replacement. No more leaking (from the crusty 25 plus year old cartridge/valve which was a mess but Chris got it removed safely) and now I can turn it on and off with one finger. Yay! I love it when I get great service and can write an excellent review- 5 gold stars!! Will use you guys again and again! (See More)

Chris was awesome,very polite removed in foot wear before he entered the house, he was very knowledgeable about what he was doing and cleaning up afterwards. Thousand Oaks plumbing is great,the only thing that they need to work on is making sure that their office staff listen to the customer,when they make arrangements for them to call the customers cell phone and not the home phone number or sending texts. Quite simply put, this was the best plumbing experience I've ever had! Chris D. wasn't only on time, he was ahead of schedule. Chris came to my house to work on a problem with my shower control. He was not only on time he was early! He was a really pleasant person to work with and assured me that he would take care of everything. And He Did! It was a tough job. The house is over 40 years old and he needed to replace an original part. The old part was stuck. He patiently kept working on it to avoid having to tear out part of the wall. Finally he succeeded in releasing it. He and I were both ecstatic. I can't recommend Chris or Thousand Oaks Plumbing highly enough. July 13th was the 4th time we've hired Thousand Oaks Plumbing, Inc. Chris Danko was the highly experienced, knowledgeable technician who serviced two of our water faucets. Ventura county's hard water appeared to be the culprit, damaging the interior workings of our Italian made, Rohl kitchen faucet even though the product is reputed to be top grade. Chris used his ingenuity to save us from having to replace the faucet by cleverly cannibalizing parts from other faucets to renovate the corroded inner parts and reattach the central faucet to the kitchen sink. He candidly stated this was a band aid method with no guarantee of a permanent solution, but his technique sufficed for now.
Chris was both personable and sensitive to our cost conscious concerns, and he was credible when he said most plumbers would suggest the faucet was not salvageable & we needed to purchase another faucet $et. I believed him when he also said most plumbers would not have been savvy enough to know how to fix our faucet.
Once again Daniel Guiney's expert staff saved the day. Thanks for your conscientiousness, Chris, who is also a music aficionado I enjoyed exchanging views about various musicians.

The main valve for my sprinkler line was cracked. Chris came out at the scheduled time and provided an estimate. He then did the repair. Chris came back the next day to check for leaks (which there was none) and refilled the hole. The work area was left clean.
More importantly that doing the job correctly and on time --- during this repair--something else was tweaked. Chris came back to check it out and Sean (manager) got involved. There were extremely concerned about ME and wanted to make CERTAIN I was completely satisfied. The other issue was taken care of and NOT a big deal. The fact that this company was prompt and highly concerned about me was amazing! I really appreciated how they responded and will definitely call them for my next plumbing need. (See More)

He told me the pricing before performing the work. He was pleasant and professional. My only comment is that when I asked what I was signing, he summarized what I later read and there was quite a bit more material than what he summarized (all that fine print about payments and such). As a recently retired engineer, who formerly supervised a maintenance and repair staff of over 200 employees (including a staff of over twenty plumbers}, I can tell you that Brian from Thousand Oaks Plumbing was knowledgeable, timely and honest. Furthermore, the repair was fast cost to repair my main water utility line was very reasonable.

We turned off the water to the house & I called TO Plumbing early on Black Friday to see if someone could come out. Danny called me to say he would have a technician come out & would call me back as soon as he confirmed who would come. Not only did he call back within 20 minutes, but the service technician was at my house within 45 minutes. Chris was thorough & isolated the problem very quickly. Chris was terrific. He installed a new kitchen faucet, garbage disposal, and fixed a leaky faucet in the bathroom even though it wasn't on the original workorder.
