My experience with TO Plumbing was very positive— prompt and courteous same-day service to repair a slow drip in my electric water heater. I was able to schedule a same day appointment, got a “heads up” phone call that the technician was on his way, and Brian arrived promptly. He was friendly and courteous, explained the problem and several options with cost estimates. He then proceeded to make the repair and was done within a relatively short time. Brian was amazing!! I never leave reviews but I just had to this time. During the initial inspection, he was so open-minded and solutions-oriented in how he approached the installation issue I needed help with. He really listened to me and what I needed. On the day of the installation, he showed up early since he knew I had to get to work in a few hours time and he worked tirelessly to get the job done. I had a leak which caused flooding and damage to walls and floors. It turns out there was asbestos in the walls and under the floors so I had to deal with labs, abatement companies, a mitigation company, a flooring company, a painter, etc. Didn't want to do all that again when the next old pipe gave way so I had the whole house repiped. Brian at T.O. Plumbing gave me a good price compared to other estimates I received. He showed up every time as promised and did the whole job in 2 days, including a new water heater. He was very knowledgeable and professional. I am very happy with T.O. Plumbing and would highly recommend them. (See More)

Initially Brad provided a quote to replace a small sprinkler water valve at the back of the house but ran into difficulty with the PVC piping. Brian came over the following Monday and determined he could mate up to the PVC with an additional plastic fitting and finished the job with no further difficulty. (See More)

There was a leak from the upstairs bathroom, which went to the downstairs bathroom directly below. We called TO Plumbing on Sunday, (someone answered the phone as opposed to having to leave a message) to schedule an appointment and informed them it was not an emergency. We received a call back the same day to schedule the work for first thing Monday morning. We have used TO Plumbing a few times before. This time Brian and Ramiro did the work. Thousand Oaks Plumbing is great. We had a slab leak and called Thousand Oaks Plumbing to get an estimate and then have the repair done. I like that they had a very responsive customer service team that called me back quickly to set-up the appointment as well as calling to let me know when the plumber was on the way. Milo did a great job fixing our slab leak and finding the most efficient and least invasive way to re-route our hot water pipe. Brian was great to work with when giving me the quote and supervising the project. He even invoiced me for a much lower amount since the job didn't take as long as he originally thought. I definitely appreciated that. They are very honest and care about doing the best job for their customers. I would definitely use them again. (See More)

This was my first time using Thousand Oaks Plumbing and I couldn't believe how quickly and professionally they responded to my request for an estimate! If this is how they regularly do business, then I'm sold! Not only did they come out when promised, but they emailed me ahead of time to know who to expect. They also were able to come out earlier than anticipated and called beforehand to see if that would work for my schedule. Brian came when he said he would, was able to look at the problem I had and give me an estimate for repair within the hour. As a small business, I have found it very difficult to find reliable contractors, but Thousand Oaks Plumbing was a breath of fresh air! I'm truly looking forward to doing business with them and even though I hope that I don't have future plumbing issues, if I do I will call them first. We would give Thousand Oaks Plumbing 10 stars if possible! We had an emergency gas leak, and are very thankful to have found these guys. The outside portion of our main gas line (which runs underneath our concrete patio) was completely shot, but Brian had a great plan to re-route it in a way where we didn't have to bust through the concrete. It was a huge job, but their entire team worked efficiently and as quickly as possible to give us a safe, working, brand-new main line. After they were finished, the crew cleaned up immaculately and left our home cleaner than it was when they arrived.
We cannot recommend Thousand Oaks Plumbing highly enough. Definitely our go-to company for any and all future plumbing needs! A !!! (See More)
