Once we worked out details, and confirmed installation, they scheduled us and were able to complete work on the same day. Zach and his team provided excellent communication and quality service. This company made every step easy and seamless, and they followed all Covid protocols. They were responsive and prompt when scheduling for quotes and appointments. Our quote to have a new gas line put in that stretched across our house above the finished basement ceiling was well researched and thought out, and the price was fair and accurate with no frills and no hidden surprises when we paid our bill. Zach did our installation and managed to install the entire pipe line without making any cuts in to the ceiling or walls of our finished basement (the official quote had said they would have to do at least one hole; another company had told us they would have to cut 5!). He was incredible and I would recommend Zach specifically to anyone who needs to have new gas piping installed. The company also coordinate the permit with the city which we passed with lightning speed. Overall, a great experience. (See More)

I was referred to TGC through another landscaper doing our backyard renovation. TGC was tasked with running a gas line from our basement mechanical room to over thirty feet away at a location for a fire-pit in our yard. I dealt with two people primarily, Lucas Chavez for the quote and site visit, and Zack Miles for installation. Both guys were great to work with. They were quick to respond, professional, and did high quality work. The job was completed in less than 4 hours, under budget, and to my specifications. I'd also like to mention that I got a quote from another company, for the same work, and they quoted me over 3 times what TGC did. Hello my name is Keith and I had the pleasure of working with Zach. He was professional and provided great customer service and knowledgeable when it came to answering my questions regarding the install. The company scheduled the installation on a Tuesday but the trench (done by another company) was not completed and their next available install date was on a Friday. The trench was completed on Wednesday and to our surprise, the Gas Connection squeezed us in the following day! This was awesome because we will now have our custom fire pit installed on our deck sooner! Lucus, our sells representative was also knowledgeable and informative.
