Don was very professional. He went out of his way to help us get the information we needed to get the right company to install our fireplace after we were left hanging by another company. Very professional and punctual. Went over several options and best fits for the application we needed. We needed a gas line for a BBQ and potential fire pit, they came up with several options and installation ideas. Final product turned out amazing, cant even see were the line comes out of the house. Inspector was experienced, efficient and gave us a fair quote. Installers were two professional men who knew exactly what to do, were quick and efficient, and walked us through everything they did and how to maintain the gas lines and what to be aware of in case of a leak or problem. We're about to undergo a complete kitchen renovation in a townhouse we just relocated to. The first thing we wanted to do was convert from electric to a gas range top. Installation of a new gas line from the basement to the kitchen required a couple of creative solutions, but Don competed the work on time. He was extremely polite and professional and explained all the details of the installation to us. We are extremely pleased with his work and would definitely recommend The Gas Connection for any such work. Considering other bids were nearly double what the charged, it was a great value too!
