The people we associated with were all top notch. The initial salesman explained everything very well and was very friendly. The installers were very nice and professional and were great. I didn't give the company 5 stars because the person that scheduled the installation should have told us that we could not have a fire in our fireplace after the gas line was installed. The fireplace company can't come for another 6 weeks. We would not have scheduled the gas installation until much later had we been told this. (See More)

The Gas Connection was worth every penny spent to get a quality firepit in our backyard.
From the point of the estimator coming out to our home at the beginning of the project, to the folks on the phone, all the way through to the final grate and lava rock installment, the company rates high in punctuality, professionalism, I'll add kindness, and good quality! Knowing our firepit would run safely was an additional benefit considering the company gets a permit prior to their installing the gas line, adding our comfort and solidifying our decision to go with The Gas Connections.
My family and I will enjoy our decision to get a gas line for our firepit installed by The Gas Connections for years to come! (See More)

I could not be more pleased with the service from Joe and Chris. There was some initial confusion meeting at the site because they use a service that sends the "we're coming" warning via text message. Didn't work with my landline. They called me after they arrived. But while they waited for me to arrive, they went and completed the repair of my leaky gas line on the outside of my house. They also improved the electrical grounding since it looks like the leak might have been caused by lightning. By the time I arrived they were ready to shut things off inside and test that the lines held pressure. Everything good. And the price was about HALF of what ********* ******** wanted to replace connectors that didn't need replacing, believing, WITHOUT CHECKING, that that's where the leak probably was. (I also used The Gas Connection a few years ago to repair the chimney for my gas fireplace when it blew off in high winds. High satisfaction there as well.) I give them my highest recommendation. Joe and Miguel came to our home to install outside piping for a fire pit, set a in ground service line, and stub in for a QD coupling for our grill in the deck, in addition they plumbed our newly installed gas fireplace in our hone for a remodel project.
From the time they arrived until the project was complete at the end of the day, they never slowed down! Everything was in place before they left, Joe took time to instruct us on the operation of the fireplace.

We have used The Gas Connection twice now and have been very pleased with their services! The staff are very friendly, accommodating, and helpful!! It's easy to get an appointment for an estimate and also for the service work to be done. They were so gracious and willing to accommodate a last minute service request with less than 24 hrs notice. Due to some scheduling issues, the guys came out after hours and were very friendly and had good attitudes. We will definitely utilize them in the future for any gas needs. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! Justin & Joe just worked miracles to manage what might have been the world's most complicated gas stove install in my 1978 house. A plumber referred me to the Gas Connection after he deemed the job too complex, and I am very happy with them. They encountered many, many obstacles in running the gas line but managed to figure out solutions and get my stove installed successfully. Very professional and on-time. Highly recommend. (See More)

I'm enjoying my gas fire pit. The look of the inside which they did was great. They were very flexible when I couldn't be there for final on taking payment a few days later after I had looked at it. The only reason for 4 rather than 5 is that I had to contact them at least twice to come and finish once the outside was finished. (See More)
