Justin did an amazing job. We needed to replace a gas line that wasn't up to code. The work had to be done around an existing shed and garage. I was very happy with how clean things turned out. Would absolutely love for him to come out again next time we need help. (See More)

After being totally disappointed with Home Depots plumber my neighbor recommend I call The Gas Connection. My sales person Lucas came out the next day, explained the whole process & gave me a quote the next day. Pricing was very competitive and the quote laid out exactly what was included. The next week I had Justin & Joe arrive at the house to expertly & professionally install our new gas line to our new gas cooktop. Both Joe & Justin explained what needed to happen in layman's terms to it was easily understood.
I have to say that with a full kitchen remodel, The Gas Connection has been the highlight of the entire process. From the original quote with Lucas to having Greg schedule the work to Justin & Joe completing the installation it was a great experience. If you need gas work call them they are all EXPERTS! The gas connection is the only business to go to for connecting a fireplace, gas stove, etc. Our service expert was Justin Ponsor. He was thorough, went over our options and made sure there was nothing left behind. When he was finished, he went over his installation completely, explaining everything. Justin P. and the guy who came with him was professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. They both answered any and all of my questions I had. When my husband got home from work, they answered all of his questions as well. Justin took my husband and myself around to show us where they installed the gas line. Justin even told us about a gas leak they found when they were outside at our meter. Justin called **** for us to let them know and for **** to send someone out to fix it. (See More)

I had the pleasure of having Justin in my home to install a gas line in two areas of my home. He was informative and very thorough prior to starting the work including checking in with the person (Lucas) who provided the bid from The Gas Connection. Lucas was also phenomenal when providing the bid - engaging, courteous, professional, and again, thorough. Justin and his partner finished the work in a shorter amount of time than I expected and cleaned up for the most part after the work was complete. A couple of things to note is that a small piece piping was found outside when my puppy got ahold of it, and the installer mistook a trash can in the garage full of dog food as trash and disposed of powdering waste, maybe concrete, in the trash leaving the dog food unusable.
