I spoke with Mike Smeltzer at their office. I told him we had a leak in our main gas line to the house, and that Xcel had turned our service off three daysbefore He was extremely nice, professional, and responsive. He said 'we need to get you fixed today'! Once we finalized everything, Mike sent me a cost estimate, and immediately got to work setting up the job to be done the same day. All other companies I had contacted were either too busy to even speak with me, or said they could not do the work for another week to two weeks. Andy, their technician came to our house in the afternoon, and worked steadily for at least two hours. He was extremely thorough, and checked that our boiler, water heater, and stove top were working satisfactorily before leaving. Both my wife and I highly recommend the Gas Connection. they are good people, who know the true meaning of Customer Service. (See More)
