IOne could not ask for a better Field service team than Aaron and Elijah. on time , explained step by step the procedure, covered everything that might get wood soot from the old wood burning masonry firebox, foot coverings, tarps, vacuumed as they installed and left my house cleaner than before their visit. There was no clean-up for me to finish at all. The guys had given me an approximate time of completion and were within 7 minutes of that time. And on top of all their professionalism Aaron had some very humorous stories which he shared. Don't fear using the Gas Connection or their installers/ field staff. Theses guys could and should give lessons in customer service. Could not be more impressed. Most certainly recommend and use again if gas work is needed on my home. Thank you gentlemen (See More)

They gave me a quote over the phone, which was significantly cheaper than other places that had to come out (weeks later) to give me a quote. I expected them to tack on a few extra dollars for the length of gas line being run (this was to convert an electric range to gas), and they didn't! Ended up being cheaper than the quote they gave me and Aaron was fast, professional, and courteous. Also his install was top notch quality. 10/10, would hire again! (See More)

My wife and I were very pleased with both men from Gas Connections; the first man came out to estimate and schedule the work, and Aaron who came out later and completed the work. Both were very professional and took the time to describe each part of the process. Aaron covered all of his traffic areas with protective materials, wore protective”booties” on his feet, and both men were COVID conscious. Aaron just left our home less than an hour ago, and after speaking with my wife about the experience, I had to leave a review. Aaron was amazing.
From friendly conversation to vacuuming after he was finished, my wife felt very comfortable and happy with the Gas Connection and Aaron. We installed a 1932 gas stove and Aaron was super friendly and complimentary.
We were worried that we'd get somebody trying to steer us away from our antique appliance, but instead got somebody supportive and willing to make it work and walk my wife through what to watch for, etc.
