Sweezey provides efficient fuel delivery and oil furnace service. I recently scheduled annual service but unfortunately I couldn't get an appointment until January 2017. Guess I waited too long into the heating season to schedule. In any case the service by John was extremely thorough and efficient. John spent a lot of time cleaning and testing the system. John G service tech from swezey's did a nice cleaning and maintenance on the system. I mentioned I thought the system had too much air in the system. He quickly found the cause and made the repair. He was courteous,neat and thorough in his work. This has been my experience with all the repair men in my four years with Swezey fuel. In my first year I had my hot water tank develop a severe leak. When my garage furnace wouldn't reliably fire up, Brian quickly determined there was an issue due to the system losing its prime (furnace in loft, tank on main level) and recommended adding a Tiger Loop, which readily solved the problem and the system has been running great ever since. I woke up to no heat at 3:45 am on one of the coldest nights and I called the emergency service.The tech arrived within 20 minutes and worked tirelessly to try to fix a frozen oil line.He hooked me uptoa temporary can so I would have heat.At 7 am,I received a call from the office to ask if I was ok and still had heat.At 8am,another service man was at the door.The only solution was to move the above ground,which they did.All was done by 1:30 pm........This company is just wonderful...Thank you John S. 01/09/17 |

When I got home from work on Friday night it was 50 degrees in the house - not good. Within an hour Chris was there. I had been told during the summer that my burner should really be replaced (it was a spec house, and built like one), but I put it off... He went right to work, very polite, neat and clean.
In about 20 minutes he had completed and cleaned up the repair.
I believe the cost was reasonable.
Have been using Swezey Fuel for years.

When we noticed that the hot water was not hot I did the preliminary checks prior to calling for service, but they did not work. Within about 30 minutes a technician was at my door. He quickly diagnosed thbe problem. He was very professional, personable and very neat. He had all of the parts he needed on the truck and had the furnace running very quickly. This is the type of service man I would like to see whenever we need service. The call center was also very courteous and assured me that someone would be there soon and they were. An overall excellent experience. I believe the service man was EE26.

Service Pro EE26 arrived at my home within the time frame given when I made the appt. for my yearly cleaning. He was very courteous. While he completed the service noise was at a minimum, he did not interfere with my daily routine in any way. He explained the repairs he completed clearly and informed me what I should expect (smell wise) for a little while do to the repair. He is an asset to Swezey Fuel Co. There has been no service call. Why are you asking me to provide a survey when no one set up an appointment with me to come to the house. I do need to schedule an appointment and would like to do so. I have always had wonderful service from Swezey Fuel all the years I have been their customer. The entire staff from office staff, to burner/boiler technicians to plumbers have been very professional, very courteous, always very pleasant. Swezey has serviced my heating system for over 20 years. They have performed many upgrades to my heating and domestic hot water systems. The Swezey's team is very reliable. First, I was successfully talked out of moving to a competitor this year who had cheaper oil prices by a member of the office team, simply by being reminded of Swezey's quality of service, which I have enjoyed for many years. Second, I experienced how reliable the field people are in their promptness and the quality of their work. When the person who came to clean my boiler discovered that my hot water heater was leaking, he had the new heater and the personnel there in no time to replace it the same day.
