Another exceptional day of service provided by Standard Plumbing Heating and Air. My technician today was Jerrod Warren.. They never disappoint, regardless of the service needed. Today it was a new faucet install and a/c service and maintenance. Standard has a way of always making even things that appear to be in good working order, even better and more efficient. Last month I had sewer backup issues. They came to the rescue as always. I know whatever is ahead they will tackle it in their dependable and reliable way, of efficiency and outstanding service. I value them greatly. You can always count on a pleasant, knowledgeable and professional person- from whoever you speak to on the phone to whoever comes to the door. We have two properties in Manhattan. We hired John and the Standard crew in one of them to make sure a bathroom was handicap accessible and they did such a wonderful, conscientious job that John just drew up the plans for a bath mod in our own home. For me, John and Standard was a dart thrown with crossed fingers, but if our experience is any indication, allow this review to take the guesswork out of your plans. (See More)

We live in a pre-Civil War stone house with a 1960's era furnace and central air. Kalib and a new hire Jeff? ripped out the old and tied in the new unit into existing duct work in a cramped, dirty, dark basement (previously a dug-out winter shelter) and were good natured about a difficult nasty job. Installed the new furnace and central air in short order but ran into an unplanned, unexpected propane gas supply problem. (not enough pressure) . They stuck with the problem coordinating with the propane company until the problem was isolated and resolved.( Propane company equipment at fault.) Great job done professionally with good humor.
PS The Senior discount was a blessing. PSS The workers all wore their masks when entering the upper residence. Very much appreciated..Thank You!! (See More)

I've been a Standard PHA customer for many years. In November 2020 Standard installed a complete high efficiency HVAC system in my 27-year-old home, along with a new hot water heater and expansion tank. Absolutely beautiful installation: very carefully done, everything tightly done, and very skillful and professional installation team. Excellent service! Sean was on time, polite and knowledgeable! He completed the check on the furnace and when I mentioned I thought the air-conditioner fan sounded different he checked it out, tightened some screws on the outside of the unit, and completed all in less than an hour. (See More)

Came out checked the furnace said it would be six hundred to fix and y'all needed to order parts. Two weeks went by and you called to confirm the service appointment. Two mins before agreed service time I received a phone call starting that you didn't have the parts. After i missed work to be here for service. I was never called back again. No one even contacted me for an apology. Will not be using your company forward or recommending to anyone. (See More)

A huge thank you goes to Jodi and Standard Plumbing Heating and Air Conditioning for their quick action in dispatching David N. this morning. He expertly diagnosed the AC malfunction that occurred yesterday and immediately worked with American Standard before he left to overnight the parts so we would be back to cool air by tomorrow night. Thank goodness for American Standard's ten year warranty on parts or the fix would have been very expensive!
