I was so amazed how my carpet cleaning came out! I had no idea the BLUE icing from my daughters birthday cake would come out of the carpet. The techs did an amazing job getting it out, along with all the other traffic areas and stains throughout carpet! They were courteous, very professional, and cleaned my carpet as if it was their own! The technician was very nice but I felt a bit unprofessional. Once he took the vent off, if there was anything on it, he would clean it off by hand and dump it on the floor, so now I have residue on the floor under every vent. I noticed in one of the door ways, looks like the ladder scuffed the wall. Once the job was complete, I understand it is hot outside, but when he came in to wash his hands, I think he splashed his face because there was water on my mirror and pooled around the sink. Not to mention a trail of water drips from that restroom to my kitchen. I think he was very very nice, but I was taken back by the mess left. Sears Carpet & Air Duct Cleaning Team. 07/27/17 |
