Sears Duct Cleaning operating out of Lorton VA is a piece of garbage organization out to rip off anybody they can. It is run by a husband and wife who make their money having their employees overcharge for services and doing a bait and switch. In my case they came to do a $199 duct cleaning and determined I needed to pay them $2900 for mold remediation after they took apart my furnace and told me they could not put it back together without disinfecting it because they did not want to breathe in the mold. Total BS. On the feat out, the slimy Sears worker stole my iPad. Again, this operation. Is run out of Lorton by a husband and wife who live large on the Potomac River at the expense of others. It's a dangerous game they are playing and they should stop if they don't want to run into one body who will one day make the effort to confront them. Their names are easy enough to find. Chekyre Simpson & Bryan Johnson did an amazing job of cleaning our carpets. We are raising our 21 month old grand daughter. This past year has taken a toll on our carpet and didn’t give much hope that it would ever have the beauty it once did. Your 2 associates did a magnificent job and we couldn’t be happier. They were professional, gracious and very respectable. In a world that has lost its customer service you should be extremely proud to have 2 shining stars in your company. Keep up the great work. They deserve a 10 star rating but I’ll have to settle for 5 stars

Bryan from Sears carpet cleaning came on time and was very courteous, efficient, and did a fine job. He was very patient while the computers were down at Sears so they could not accept my

Carlos DePina and Gersom Barbosa were very pleasant, however there was Never any sort of “Stain†service as originally requested. In fact the stains are Worse. I would not recommend the Carpet Cleaning Service to anyone, Waste of Money$$$. The whole purpose of getting this Service was to remove the Stains, didn’t work on One Single Stain. Would not recommend. However, the Service Team was extremely pleasant. They just aren’t given the correct tools to complete their job.

Technicians Edgar and Carilton were on time and introduced themselves in a professional manner. They explained what they would be doing before beginning work. Edgar took photos of dryer ducts to show lint then cleaned duct throughout and took photos afterward to show difference in ducts condition. They put everything backin place and cleaned up any lint or dust that may have fallen on carpet and floor. Edgar and Carilton did a great job. Eduardo and another gentleman showed up, right at 8:30 a.m., ready to clean our air ducts, on 8/14/2017! Their appointment window was from 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m., so we couldn't have been more pleased!
They were very respectful of our floors, and wore covers over their shoes.
They were finished in a few hours, but we didn't feel like they were rushing to get to another job. We feel as though they did a great job, as the air quality in our home seemed to have improved right away!
