I called to have a service technician come to my home to diagnose & fix my problem with my air conditioner. Adam showed up & I explained to him that the air conditioner was blowing warm air & that I had been hearing a sound in the AC lines above my washer & dryer & I noticed he didn’t have a ladder with him so I offered him a ladder so that he could check the lines & he rejected my offer then he told me my air filter was backwards (Which was helpful) then preceded to check where the filter was went outside put Gauges on my unit & told me it was completely out of refrigerant & that since it was a 20 year old unit I need to buy a new one. He offered to put refrigerant in it but didn’t bother to check for leaks but told me I had to of had one for the AC to be cold one day & warm the next. Why would I put refrigerant in an air conditioner that he knew had a leak but didn’t bother to investigate it at 175.00 a lb!? Paid him 79.00 for that. (See More)

We had an AC/ furnace system installed a few years ago, and this past week we had a problem with the AC. **** was the technician that came out and he was very professional and courteous. Right away he noticed it was the capacitor and replaced it. Unfortunately, the thermostat was giving a reading that was showing the temperature in the house was not meeting the requirements which resulted in having to charge the nest thermostat from the computer. I can't say enough good things about this company. Over 14 years ago our very old furnace went out shortly after we brought our new baby home. We had a lot going on...and a new furnace wasn't in the budget, but Rhymes helped us determine in the long run, a quick fix wasn't a smart move financially...and they were correct. Fast forward to this morning on the tail end of some of the coldest days and nights I can remember when I wake to find my furnace didn't work. I called them first thing as they have serviced our air and furnace! Darren got us squeezed in on the schedule and Adam arrived mid day, greeted our dog, and went to assess the issue. He figured it out quickly, but the part needed to be ordered and they could install tomorrow. Luckily, Adam put in a good word for us and Darren was able to find the part, called me back quickly and Mike came late afternoon to install! We have heat! Our AC went out on Memorial Day and first thing the next day Adam was at our door step to fix the problem. Rhymes Heating and Cooling Two years ago the gentleman whom had been my heating and cooling repairman suffered a heart attack and retired. For twenty-five years I depended on him to keep up the efficiency of my system. When I asked for a referral for another company he would not give me one because of my insistence of perfection. On my drive to work one morning I had to take a detour and passed Rhymes' building. I immediately thought that they would be the next company to keep my system running. What a great decision. Adam B. has been the tech assigned to me and what an outstanding young man. On time, fast, knowledgeable, and friendly. You have to trust your service tech and as long as Adam works for Rhymes I will request him to check my hearting and cooling system. (See More)

My family has been using Rhymes for as long as I can remember, and for good reasons. The Ryan family is the absolute picture of professionalism and that professionalism shows at every level of the organization. Danny and David Ryan did a single-day emergency replacement of the entire HVAC system at my wife and I's previous residence. To my wife's surprise, they addressed her as ma'am; something that she had never experienced before! Our house was cleaner after they left than it was before they arrived. Every service professional Steven Ryan has assigned to us has been great. Adam B. has been our technician for the last few service calls and we could not be happier with our experience. He is polite, always calls ahead, arrives promptly, and most important of all, he listens to what our needs are before attempting to diagnose any issues or perform maintenance. Adam arrived at my home well within the timeframe that I was expecting him. He greeted me and I recognized him from a previous service call he had made at my home. He checked the thermostat, the furnace blower then went outside to check the AC unit. He seemed very thorough with his work and when finished he gave me a written report of his evaluation of my AC unit. I appreciate someone I can call and feel they are trustworthy. Our furnace stopped working on the coldest night of the year. We called Rhymes the next day and they had a service technician out within 2 hours. He offered to fix the problem but because our furnace was 35 years old, he recommended that we look at new furnaces before spending a lot of money fixing the old one. The salesman came out and showed us all the options they offered. No pressure, just good information, knowledge, and experience in the industry. After looking at all our options, we decided to buy a new furnace. Rhymes offered multiple financing options, with zero out of pocket and well within our budget. The install team was out the next morning with our new furnace. The team was professional and had the old furnace out and the new one installed within a few hours. This all was accomplished in less than 24 hours. And the temps in the single digits, we were very thankful for the hard work and dedicated Rhymes staff from service, sales, and installation.
