I called last night with a broken sump pump. It was probably around 8:30pm. Even so, they were able to get to me the very next day, and were very communicative about their timeframe.
When Keaton arrived he was immediately personable. When he was finished he easily explained the new sump replacement and generally was a pleasure to work with.
I recommend Reid & Pederson Drainage any time you’ve got a drain issue! And if Keaton arrives the next day, lucky you. Your day just got a little better. (See More)

He was so kind and understanding on the phone and said he’d get a crew here “soon”. Then I received emails thanking me for trusting Reid-Peterson and another with a picture of the guy they were sending to my home. Impressive!!! Keaton got here sooner than soon and easy to talk to and is the nephew of Mr. Reid! Once he knew what he had to do he called for extra help and his cousin shows up. I called Reid & Pederson because my tub was backing up when I flushed my toilet in one bathroom and the shower was doing the same in the other bathroom. I contacted Reid & Pederson to look at a clogged basement drain after several calls to local rodding companies went unanswered. A representative from R&P contacted me immediately, and scheduled Keaton to come out on the day of my choosing. I thought I was going to get a "consultation", but Keaton offered to get right to work and solve my problem. I've had a slow drain for about a month that I couldn't quite get to myself. Reid & Pederson had good reviews so I gave them a call and they were able to send someone out today. I was quoted a time between 1-5pm, but I got a call before that saying that Keaton V was on the way.

I had a sewer backup problem on a Saturday. I just googled for a 24/7 emergency service. Their name came up. Judging by their website, they seem to be a professional and mature company. So I called for service. The dispatch took my info. Within an hour, a technician called me back. We instantly set an estimated time of arrival. In another 3 hour or so, i received an email telling me they are on their way to my rental house. And my tenant received a call from them. In another hour, they arrived. My rental house’s sew was clogged really bad and they ran into obstacles along the way. But they didn’t give up. Long story short, they worked hard for about 3.5 hours and finally fixed the problem. And they didn’t charge any extra fee for the extra difficulty level. The technitian Keaton is very profession and polite. I highly recommend this company! (See More)
