I have been using these folks for YEARS! I'm a long-time Realtor and this is the ONLY company I have ever recommended to my clients. Not only do I tell my clients to utilize them, I utilize them myself. Heck, they even did work for my father years ago. This time, I needed a basement sink rodded. I called on Friday and their tech guy, Mason, showed up at my house early Monday morning. He was great! Prompt and professional, knowledgeable and informative. He's welcome back here ANY time! And since those earlier days, Reid and Pederson not only utilized new technology, the embraced it. Even before Mason showed up, I knew what he looked like through photos via email and text. WOW! However they discovered a much larger serious issue that will need additional attention. I will have them return to do that work . Replacing a cracked portion of the main sewer . With out there discovery of this the results would be drastic . Glad I called Reid & Pederson Tuesday ,December 11 , 2018The day prior Jose discovered a cracked sunken blocked main sewer line . Bright and early Rico,Alfonso and Mason came to our rescue . It was a major repair job inside and outside ! They had to replace a major portion of the sewer line inside our home and 12 feet outside . It involved back hoeing out and down 6 feet. to to the necessary repair . They accomplished this in one day ! They worked swiftly , safely, cleanly and got things moving properly down and out . It may not be the Christmas present I wanted but it was the Christmas present we really needed. (See More)

I had a cleanout installed in my sewer line by Rico and Mason with help from Alfonzo and 2 more guys I didn't get their names and Veta and Betty from the office. The job went very good. The technician's were right on time and finished in about 5 hours. They were very professional and I recommend this team for your cleanout installation. I was happy with the turnout. My drains backed up for the 1st time in 35 years. I did't know who to call so I asked a friend and he said call Reid and Pederson, and he was right. I called and made an appointment for the next morning. They gave me a 4 hour window and called 30 minutes before Mason arrived. Mason was very polite and professional. He cleaned the tree roots from the sewer line and had it flowing again. It took him 90 minutes from the time he arrived to when he left. Great price and I will use them again. Great job Mason! My experience with Reid & Pederson Drainage was superb. They responded to my phone call immediately and in less than an hour, their technician was at our house. This was extremely impressive, given that this happened on a Sunday, when we discovered that none of our plumbing was working. Mason was exceptional in the way he examined all of our plumbing and concluded that the pipe lines were blocked and needed to be rodded. He spent a great deal of time and rodded both our house drainage pipes and 75' out to the city line. He then checked to be sure everything was working properly. I would give them my highest recommendation and will definitely use them should another problem arise. (See More)

When John and Rico came over to look at two blocked window well drains, I felt like I was in good hands. They found a solution to the problem and came back again with their team to get them started, and Rico returned again to check the work. Kevin and the guys worked hard all day and did a great job. Kevin took time out to explain what they were doing. They left the work site clean and were careful when they came into the house to lay down tarps and wear shoe covers. These guys are fantastic! For starters, they are very courteous and neat. My problem became apparent on a weeknight at 10pm. I called and got a live person. Someone called me back within a 1/2 hour. They were at my house the next day. Thank goodness! They proceeded step by step to uncover the problem, which turned out to be a break in the main line. This company was recommended to me by my neighbor- who happens to be a plumber. So naturally, I heeded his advice. The service we received was timely, friendly, and informative. Our technician- Mason, resolved the issue, and gave us a very fair price for the services rendered. We are an older private school in the South Suburbs and with ageing pipes come problems. I have used Reid & Pederson for many years now and for good reason (I use them personally as well). Their response time is very good; quality of work is excellent and their work is truly guaranteed without any hassles along with far pricing. What makes them such a great company to work with are their employees, their friendly, very professional, and they have the necessary skills and experience to get the job done right. On our larger and more expensive projects that I've used them on they've communicated great throughout the entire job so we knew exactly what was going on all the way to the end. The most important thing is they don't come in and try to sell you something that is not necessary or something you don't need. Just a side note; Keep in mind that there're other companies out there that may be a little cheaper on their quotes but in many, many cases turn out to be far more expensive due to poor quality of work, BS guarantees or just simply over selling the scope of work after they start the job. I was very pleased with the work done by Reid & Pederson. All the workers were very nice. They cleaned up every thing and explained everything to me. I also appreciated the e-mails from the office showing pictures of the men who were coming to my house. I would highly recommend this company to anyone who needs a good, honest, friendly company. My sump pump gave out and I had water in my basement. The service man came promptly. He checked out the system and explained that I needed a new one along with a check valve. He explained why and then he replaced it. He left the area clean and tidy. I feel the price for the service was extremely fair. I had gotten water in my basement and my sub pump had gone out. I called them and they had a service man out quickly to deal with the issue. He explained about a new valve he installed. The service man was efficient and cleaned up afterwards. I also received a very fair price for the service. I will always call Reid & Pederson for rodding and sewer issues! (See More)

I had water all over the place and God bless Sandy she got us an appointment ASAP. Daniel and Mason checked everything out thoroughly and gave me they're recommendations.
