I had my hot water heater replaced when it stopped working I called to make an appointment on a Thursday morning, the plumbers came out on a Friday morning, gave me some options and choices and they installed a new heater and removed the old one. Both technicians were friendly, respectful, knowledgeable, punctual and informative. And they did a nice job of cleaning up after their work was done. Their office was also very friendly on the phone and responsive in taking my call and making my appointment. A crew showed up when they said and got our well pumping water into the house. They made sure all the taps were free flowing. They wore booties to prevent tracking in mud and put down cloth protection on the rug where the drilling and cement work was done. Frank and Joe were out today to repair the drain under our kitchen sink. It may sound simple enough except the house is 100 years old and accessing this drainpipe is difficult. To access the area requires an army crawl from the cellar on the opposite side of the house through a dirt crawl space that has become wet from the leaking pipe. Equipping himself in a protective suite Joe met that challenge and had the drain fixed in less than an hour. Great work guys!! (See More)

They showed up on time and wore protective gear. Quickly fixed the kitchen faucet with replacement Delta parts which were ordered by homeowner. Frank was able to temporary fix the leak in the Master-bed bathroom and found out that the replacement parts proved by Price Pfister were not correct. I needed my grinder pump replaced and I called several places and no one can come out right away, some were able to give me a ball park figure but nothing definite and some charge a fee to come out. When I called Reed & Son in Mt Airy they were able to come out on my next day off which is today. They provide complimentary quote for the job. Their price was less than some of the the quotes I received and they even had the equipment and supplies needed right in their truck and within 1.5 hours later the job was done!! Awesome service!
