Jack Kluck was the technician that came to my house on Friday, October 12th, 2018, to provide my annual check on my furnace. He was very professional and was very helpful in providing information to me regarding how to use my furnace system (heat pump vs. furnace). R-Mech brought their A game on a whopper of a residential job! Our sewer main was extremely damaged. Don, Donovan, Adam, James and Andy got everything squared away. Ray, Westin and James also put in a new energy efficient tankless water heater system for our home and we love it.

I had a new water installed (had a couple over the years) this was the smoothest in my experience. A very personable technician who explained exactly what he was going to do to replace the old one. The technician Westin B. came to evaluate my home for a water heater and I wanted information about tankless heaters. He was very knowledgeable and took time explaining everything to me, well, to the best of my comprehension.
I felt completely comfortable with the information that I was given and the quote given to me for the installation of a tankless water heater.

These guys are the best. I have used them for a multitude of things but when I needed a new AC and Furnace installed they wasted no time getting there and had it installed in less than a day. Now my house is cooling down after a week without AC. They came and were very professional and willing to answer any questions i had and then show me everything after the install and to make sure i was happy with it. Great job gang. I have to give a special shout to Chris who was first not eh scene to save me and then to Mike for coming out and today to Westin and Jonathan. (See More)

Westin B came to install a new hot water heater in the house and hauled away the old leaking one. Knowledgable, fast, friendly and courteous are some of the adjectives that came to mind when describing the professionalism of this Technician. As a retired nurse, teaching patients what to know and do about their health in order to function at the optimum level possible was one of many goals of my nursing career. Therefore, i was really impressed by Westin's teaching abilities about what I needed to do to keep my hot water heater in tip top shape for years to come. Thank you Westin for a job well done. We had R-Mech install a water heater we purchased at Home Depot. The company was able to give an estimate over the phone and schedule installation within 3 hours of ordering the appliance. Westin, the installer, was very courteous, knowledgeable, friendly, and very professional. He assessed the work to be done and was able to draw up a contract with a full quote within 30 minutes of arrival. His workmanship was top notch. He kept the area spotless upon leaving. He showed me various things I needed to know in order to keep the unit running optimally. Overall, I think R-Mech is a very competent company that does quality work. (See More)

Our water heater was at the end of his life, We purchased a Rheem performance platinum water heater from Home Depot, Westin came to perform the work.
