First, I was very happy when I made the inquiry for a good heating and cooling company, as saw my friend Jason was in the business. It was very clear from the beginning that your company was going to be taking care of our needs. We were very pleased with the technicians, service, advice, and followup. I LOVE to do business with companies who answer their phones with real people !! That was a plus. When everything was all done and cleaned up, it was like no one was there, except our house was comfortable, and we had a new reliable system, backed up by a company that has been around for 18 years. James Rhea did a fantastic job installing my tankless water heater. He explained every step of the installation and gave me complete instructions on how to operate it. I will definitely recommend R-Mech for any HVAC and water heater work in the future. Jonathan Wyatt installed my new HVAC system. His work is first rate and functions beautifully. The furnace is much quieter than my old one and the AC unit is great. I would recommend R-Mech for HVAC any time. Ray Wyatt ran a full energy audit on my house and recommended insulation options for my attic and other areas of the house. He later came back and blew approximately 18 inches of insulation into my attic and sealed all the eaves. He inserted spray foam insulation in my laundry room and sealed many of the openings that have been leaking in my basement. The price, selection and personnel of R-Mech are all first quality and I would not hesitate in recommending them to anyone. (See More)

It was time to replace the hold HVAC system and Mike came out and gave me a quote. He was knowledgeable and friendly. He made sure the numbers were right and we were very happy with the price. A few days later the other guys... Installers came out and...who by the way still worked for R-mech... no third parties here. Were very professional, worked hard and complete the massive job in one day. I will only trust R-mech for all my house hold needs. Thank you guys. (See More)

These guys are the best. I have used them for a multitude of things but when I needed a new AC and Furnace installed they wasted no time getting there and had it installed in less than a day. Now my house is cooling down after a week without AC. They came and were very professional and willing to answer any questions i had and then show me everything after the install and to make sure i was happy with it. Great job gang. I have to give a special shout to Chris who was first not eh scene to save me and then to Mike for coming out and today to Westin and Jonathan. (See More)

I needed a new AC and Furnace and quickly and they cam out in less than a week in just a day i had all new units and my house was finally cooling down. They were great to work with and best attitudes and answered any questions i had. Amazing team. (See More)
