Chris and R-mech did a great job for me. They are always professional polite and committed to superior service. I just had Chris out to check my furnace R Mech installed. He was professional, very nice, and came with good advice. He even tried to rework the metal around the filter slot in order to make it for better. I recommend these guys. Each one that has come out have been great. Friendly Advice: If you are on a warranty that comes with an installed system, don't skip the tune ups. (See More)

I called R-Mech for a furnace inspection and tune-up. I had never used this company before. Chris M came out for the service call and I could not have asked for a more pleasant and professional young man to represent R-Mech. He did not rush the job and did a great inspection inside and out. I was his last call of the day so it would have been easy enough for him to rush through and get home.
Since my only experience with R-Mech has been my call in and the service call I would highly recommend R-Mech.

R-Mech did my full install this summer. The system has been amazing with no issues. Chris came to the house for the first of two free services. He spent an hour checking the entire system and even fixed my humidifer that was not working properly which I had no idea!! Awesome company and a very competitive price for the install. (See More)

I want to thank Chris Marshment for doing a great job replacing the humidifiers on my furnaces today. His work was professional, thorough and he took the time to fully explain how they worked and when to expect to replace the filters. Chris cleaned up after the work was done and made sure he answered any questions I had. It wasn't an easy install, but he made sure the work was complete and done right. Chris Marshment has been to my new home twice within one year, each time he was very professional and knowledgable of my AC unit as well as my furnace. I am a single female homeowner so I value knowledge and understanding of this particular area and Chris has shown to teach me how the unit functions and explain things in detail. I called this company late in the afternoon and they scheduled a tech to come out the next day. The tech Chris M. came out when schedule and worked on my air conditioner until they figured out the problem. They explained every thing they were doing and had to special order the fan blades. They came out first thing next morning and completed the work. all techs I came in contact with were very polite and professional. I will definitely do business with them in the future. (See More)

Both Chris and Josh were here on 7/11 to do an A/C tune-up. They not only did this, but discovered that several adjustments were not done correctly when my new system(by others) was installed. As a result, my system was only running at 75% efficiency. Thanks to both to getting my system running as efficient as it can! I will continue to have R-Mech out annually for service on my A/C and Heating and would recommend others to do so as well. Thanks-

Spent the better part of the day yesterday with Chris while he was servicing three AC units for me. I could not be more pleased with his service and professionalism. He did a very thorough job, took his time and even went above and beyond to help fix an issue with a drain pipe, which he did not have to do but certainly proved to me that he is empowered by his company to make customer service a priority. These guys are the best. I have used them for a multitude of things but when I needed a new AC and Furnace installed they wasted no time getting there and had it installed in less than a day. Now my house is cooling down after a week without AC. They came and were very professional and willing to answer any questions i had and then show me everything after the install and to make sure i was happy with it. Great job gang. Excellent work. Chris M called to confirm he was on his way and arrived in the prearranged time slot. Quickly identified the problem, showed me the defective part, had the part on hand and replaced it leaving the unit functioning normally. The area was cleaned up afterwards.
