Kyle came out VERY quickly after my son flushed one of his toys. This was after hours and a large job that required taking the toilet apart. Within an hour Kyle had the toy out and the bathroom back together. THANK YOU! (See More)

After Kyle finished with furnace check up I asked him to check the humidifier. He found some problems with it fixed it, but after leaving the water would not shut off and he returned and with some help from another field service person they found the problem and it is running fine now. I also signed up for their yearly maintenance program. (See More)

We signed a water heater service agreement with R-Mech in 2016. In September 2017 THEY CALLED ME to set up my service! I've never had another provider do that! FANTASTIC. I was told my appointment was between 9-11 a.m. but Kyle arrived at the stroke of 9 a.m.! He went right to work. He was so quiet we almost forgot he was there. We've had other service providers spend their time in our home talking on their cells while they were completing the work. When he was finished, Kyle let us know that R-Mech would be calling us next fall to schedule our next service. What a great experience. (See More)

Had to return the hot water heater to get the correct model and parts , Kyle went over and above assisting me with the repurchase and installation obstacles. In the last year I've used R-Mech to install a tankless hot water heater, a whole-house water softening system, a garbage disposal, they've replaced a toilet and I just had them back out to replace all of the fixtures for a kitchen sink. They're always in and out quickly and do a great job and clean up after themselves when done. I wish I'd have known about them a couple years ago when I replaced my AC and heater in my home. I broke my foot. We needed a handicapped toilet installed. My husband called for an estimate which he was given over the phone unlike another company who wanted to charge $99 to come to the house first. The toilet was installed by Kyle the next day even though they would have come out that same day. Same day service! Amazing!!! Kyle and his associate came out to install 3 Toto toilets. He did a great job. Was courteous; on time; and professional. He even told me I could touch up paint while the tank was off. I wasn't prepared to do this and wish the company would've told me I may need to paint since this new style has a smaller tank. I would've made sure I had the right paint color on hand.

Our hot water heater popped a leak the day before thanksgiving and we desperately needed people to help us. Betsy from R-Mech was extremely helpful and was able to give us an on the phone quote on how much it would cost to replace the unit. Kyle is one of the best tradesmen I have ever seen. He was professional helping me figure out how to solve my issue which was needing to add a gas line for a dryer. When it came to helping me figure out the best toilets on the market to replace some small ones, Kyle was very knowledgeable. He made me a great deal on installing 2 of them.
