James Rhea serviced our tankless hot water heater. He was very knowledgeable. We have had another technician out to solve our random cold water showers and they did not fix the problem. James listened to our clues and quickly found there were wasps nesting in our fresh air intake causing the heater to shut off during high flow demand. He billed us fairly for the service and we will definitely ask for him for our next service. (See More)

R-Mech brought their A game on a whopper of a residential job! Our sewer main was extremely damaged. Don, Donovan, Adam, James and Andy got everything squared away. Ray, Westin and James also put in a new energy efficient tankless water heater system for our home and we love it.

James came out to install a water heater. I had purchased the wrong hot water heater and had to return the one he came with. We had gone five days without hot water and we believed that we would have to wait another five days once we returned the water heater and purchased the correct one. I immediately bought the correct one and James made made a point to come out late that evening and get it installed. He did high quality work quickly and was very professional. (See More)

James Rhea did a fantastic job installing my tankless water heater. He explained every step of the installation and gave me complete instructions on how to operate it. I will definitely recommend R-Mech for any HVAC and water heater work in the future. Jonathan Wyatt installed my new HVAC system. His work is first rate and functions beautifully. The furnace is much quieter than my old one and the AC unit is great. I would recommend R-Mech for HVAC any time. Ray Wyatt ran a full energy audit on my house and recommended insulation options for my attic and other areas of the house. He later came back and blew approximately 18 inches of insulation into my attic and sealed all the eaves. He inserted spray foam insulation in my laundry room and sealed many of the openings that have been leaking in my basement. The price, selection and personnel of R-Mech are all first quality and I would not hesitate in recommending them to anyone. (See More)
