R-Mech brought their A game on a whopper of a residential job! Our sewer main was extremely damaged. Don, Donovan, Adam, James and Andy got everything squared away. Ray, Westin and James also put in a new energy efficient tankless water heater system for our home and we love it.
Extremely professional and knowledgeable. These guys care and it shows. (See More)

Called R-mech due to our sewer line backing up. Andrew and Jesse came out. They were able to snake my line. Afterwards they ran a camera and discovered that my line was offset. Andrew showed me the video and I could see where the problem was. Instead of immediately pressuring me into an expensive fix, Andrew was honest and told me I could live with the problem short-term, but eventually the line would need to be repaired. He gave me several tips to help with the problem and went over several options to fix the problem.
I was very impressed with the professionalism and service. I would highly recommend R-Mech to anyone. (See More)

I needed a shower valve replaced after I broke it trying to make a repair myself. The valve needed replacing before I could turn the water to the house back on or water would have sprayed out with nothing to stop it. The work I needed done was after regular business hours and Andrew W. and Jesse F. arrived less than an hour after I called. They got the job done right and cleaned up what little mess there was. The guys were friendly and professional. I'll be calling them again for any future needs. They were also significantly less expensive than their competitors. (See More)

I have had two encounters with plumbers from R-Mech since November. The first time, R-Mech was the only company willing to send a plumber after hours the night before Thanksgiving. So when I discovered I needed a plumber again this week, of course, I called R-Mech.
This last repair, done by Andrew White, was done quickly and efficiently - no extra trips necessary, all tools and supplies were on the truck.
Andrew is a gentleman, willing to explain patiently (as I tend to ask lots of questions about what repairs are being done and why), and he even told me about the S.A.F.E. Service Agreement; so now I am looking forward to having my heating/cooling system serviced for the year! (See More)

Andrew W. and his apprentice did a wonderful job installing two new Toto toilets in my home. He was on time, professional, experienced and knew what he was doing. Both men worked well together, and had pleasing manners and personalities. They respected my home and cleaned up when they were done. Andrew was awesome! Very professional and personable. You never know what a service technician will be like and often times it can be unfavorable. Not the case with Andrew. He was clean, friendly and obviously took great pride in his work. He made sure I was completely satisfied and he definitely left me very happy with his work and the experience. Great job by Andrew! There was a lot of work to install a new hot water heater & bring everything up to code in our 30 year old house. Andrew explained the "how's" & "why's" for what was needed. He was fast, too. Got the job done ahead of schedule so I could make it to my daughter's basketball game. We will be using Andrew & R-Mech again for our plumbing needs. (See More)
