Our home suffered a major plumbing issues. Don came in did an evaluation of the work to be completed. Once he began the work he was able to re-evaluate the work necessary to get us back to normal. He saved us money and hardship. We are so grateful for not only the quality of his work, but the integrity and ethical manner we were cared for in a very difficult period. (See More)

Don Paxton visited to investigate using video camera. He saw there was no problem and no need, and did not charge me for even the standard service fee to visit our home. I crossed all plumbers off of my "service provider" file and left R-Mech and Don Paxton as the ONLY plumbers I will call in the future! (See More)

My hot water blow out the top and I had to turn the water off to the hole house. Don picked up my new tank from Lows and got me fixed up. I was told they could not be here until 7pm but Don P. and James R. had me up and running by 7. They were friendly and very helpful. I highly recommend them. (See More)

R-Mech replaced our garbage disposal. We received a text to remind us of the service appointment the day before the installation and a phone call from the service technician the morning of the appointment. He arrived right on time and finished the job in 30 minutes. The price we were quoted was the price we paid. But because the unit that we ordered was on back-order, they installed an upgraded disposal at no extra charge. We received fast, courteous and professional service from Don Paxton, the plumber assigned to our work order. I will call them again if we ever need a plumber. (See More)

Don Paxton was so helpful. Explained at once the problem and it need to be fixed. Plumbing as wrong and i needed a new dishwasher He picked up at Lowe's for us and installed perfect. He did not make a mess and made sure the old one was taken out and hauled off and all paper was picked up. Explain how the dishwasher worker and ran a pre trial to make sure it was working correct. I would call him again and his company. I had water all over my kitchen floor I called the company and within 30 minutes Don was there. They worked 24/7 so use them (See More)

R-Mech brought their A game on a whopper of a residential job! Our sewer main was extremely damaged. Don, Donovan, Adam, James and Andy got everything squared away. Ray, Westin and James also put in a new energy efficient tankless water heater system for our home and we love it.
