My furnace was not working properly and only one of the heating elements was working. I had a local company come out to fix it. They stated they could not locate parts and they tried to sell me new system for 8000.00
I had R-mech come out and they sent Street P out. He was very knowledgeable and had twenty five years of experience in this field. He accurately diagnosed the problem as a simple cut wire. That was the only thing wrong and the furnace works great now.
It is very nice to see knowledgeable very honest people these days. I highly recommend this company! (See More)

Street did a great job for us on a Sunday call and took care of our cooling system repair. He was very quick at diagnosing the problem and our cooling system works great now! We signed up for their service plan and now we have great peace of mind that our heating and cooling systems will be kept in tip top shape. (See More)

Street did a great job "tuning-up" my AC units. I have heat pumps, which many techs don't seem to really differentiate from "regular" units. Street took the time to check all of the components and explain what they should test at and what I should keep my eye on. In the past, other companies just blew through a checklist, that wasn't even made for heat pumps, and then blew out the there. Finally, I feel like I got a good value for a tune-up. I would recommend the service R-Mech, and Street, provided, and will use them again. (See More)
