We called QAS on one of the hottest days when unfortunately our AC stopped working. We expected that it would take at least a few days to get a service technician able to pay us a visit but much to our surprise QAS asked me to hold while they contacted a technician already out on a call. The response was "we could have Adam there in about 45 minutes! We were totally and pleasantly surprised with this response. Adam arrived and performed diagnostics and determined the problem for which he had the necessary parts to complete the repair. We could not have been more pleased and impressed with the service response in terms of both timing, friendliness and competence of the technician Adam. Subsequently we had QAS install 2 new mini-split heat pumps at our cottage and were equally impressed with the overall service and speed of service for a second time. I had the pleasure of dealing with Kevin. I first went to their office for information on a heat pump for my condo. Kevin explained everything in language that was very easy to understand, including the way things worked and the price. After things were arranged for the install I was very pleased to meet his installation crew. I found each and everyone of them to be very professional from the respect they showed by laying down runners to avoid footprints to the install and cleanup. The most impressive thing to me was the way I was treated from office staff (Leigh Ann & Linda) to each person I encountered working for Quinte Air. On time and on quote is a rarity these days but this company sure hit the mark. The unit is also everything that Kevin said, I’m very happy.

I contacted Quinte Air Supply to have them quote on a ductless cooling/heating system. The owners visited my home the next day and we agreed to move forward. The unit was installed in half a day and works great. I was impressed with the price and quality of the product. After the installation they registered my product with the manufacture to ensure the warranty and rebates were in order. I would definitely endorse this company and would not hesitate to contact them if I had additional heating/cooling needs.

I was told all of my options when the put together the quote with no pressure to decide on one or the other. Owners were away on vacation during the install but did call to touch base the day before they left and called again upon their return to ensure that I was satisfied with the work. Quinte Air Supply installed my new Lennox Model IL296V furnace on October 27th. The installers arrived promptly at 7:30am, rolled out the red carpet to the furnace room and started removing my old furnace. They were respectful and very efficient. They cleaned up and you would not even know they were in the home. In fact the new furnace is so nice and quiet, that I had to make sure there was a new furnace!! Yes, its there. We were debating whether or not to replace our existing air conditioner. We reached out to Quinte Air Supply because we had previously used them to replace our furnace a couple of years ago. Once again we found them to be extremely helpful by providing us with all the detailed specs and options available, including consumer rebates on our purchase. Called several companies for quotes on an oil to propane conversation. Was very impressed with the prompt reply to my call as I did call on a holiday Monday. Ops!!! I was extremely happy with the entire process except for the installation of the furnace. Within a couple of days of installation I noticed a gas leak. Quinte Air Supply sent out a technician immediately, and he quickly diagnosed and fixed the problem. I was very happy with the response time, and the professionalism of the technician that came after hours to repair the problem. We decided to switch from oil to natural gas in our home and replace the old air conditioner.
The owners of Quinte Air Supply provided us with an in-home quote for a new furnace, air conditioner, water heater and installation of a gas line. They were very knowledgeable and answered all of our questions very clearly. We were given options for all the appliances and never once felt under pressure to make a rush decision. The installation itself went very smoothly, neatly and on time. We are now enjoying the new air conditioner and, dare I say it, we are looking forward to winter to enjoy the savings of the new gas furnace.

Quinte Air Supply Ltd, had many different options , they inspected our old furnace and showed us which options were best suited .
They explained everything about each option , leaving us the time to look over everything and make up our minds .
The day of installation came , the installers came in , they removed the old furnace , installed the new one , no fuss no muss .They even made sure the gate was closed so our dogs did not get out .

I don't know where the time has gone, but we were probably one of the earlier customers of this outstanding local business. We were on all electric (no furnace# heat at the time and called to see about getting air conditioning. I've told the story many times about how the poor representative said, "You don't have any duct work!" and of course, me not having a clue, replied "Is that a problem?" Anyway, they went to work, installing duct work and a huge outdoor machine, and we were in business. We were the envy of the neighbourhood. They did a super job and we recommended them to all we could. Fast forward to the present and the dramatic rise in hydro prices. We had always relied on Quinte Air Supply for their superior customer service and after a routine inspection decided to have them come out and take a look at the overall situation. I confess, I've always had an aversion to gas #my wife on the other hand has been after me for years to switch#. After Kevin and Linda came out and explained all the options...I was sold. #Kevin was one of the originals in our first installation and his reputation for not only quality work but devotion to the community are amazing!#. We went for a gas furnace and new air conditioner. The duct work that was put in some 25yrs ago, was as solid as ever. The installation was quick, painless and of the highest standard. The staff were helpful, efficient and even took extra time to help me with a l problem with my pool heater.
