We have been customers of Quinte Air Supply for many years. They installed our furnace 15 years ago and check it every season to keep it running. We just had a new air conditioner installed to replace our 30 year old one. They are always professional and courteous. Service is provided as promised. Our furnace was not heating well so we called Quinte Air for service. Within two minutes they detected a damaged heat exchanger requiring immediate replacement of the furnace. Kevin (owner) arrived within 30 minutes, and had three quotes prepared shortly thereafter. All units were in stock and he said could be installed the same day. We signed on the dotted line and within two hours there were 5-6 technicians on site removing the old and installing the new (of course there were some surprised along the way but work was completed by 4:30pm). We got a little tutorial on the new thermostat and they left the basement and work areas as neat and tidy as could be expected. The only casualty is a scratch/smear on the wall paint leading to the basement. Can't really fault them for that though, they were lugging equipment and tools up and down all afternoon... We are very happy with several key metrics from Quinte Air Supply ( QAS )
It is winter time. They responded quickly to diagnose the problem with our furnace. Our furnace was 25 plus years old and required replacement. We were quickly provided a few very detailed options. The technical information was clear and enabled us to make an informed decision.
The installation was efficient, professional. Excellent workmanship completed by a hard working congenial crew. We now enjoy a new more efficient furnace.

Quinte Air Supply has just installed a new propane gas furnace here at my residence........all of the work was completed on time, priced as per the quote, and professionally done!!!!! Kevin and staff installed an air conditioner at my house recently. They did an absolutely marvelous job and it was completed in approximately 4 hrs and the cleanup was 100%. They also helped me before the installation even though they were very busy that day. They picked up my old air conditioner that was still working and installed it on my wall because it was on my patio which was going to be dug up and did not charge me very sweet!!! Well now. A BIG thank you to the wonderful folks at Quinte Air Supply. Literally packing our bags for an extended vacay on what turns out to be the coldest day of the year so far and what takes a dumper. Yup, furnace. The great folks at Quinte Air had a service guy here in less than an hour and the assessment was that parts would cost more than a new unit. The sales team responded to our call immediately. They were unbelievably efficient. Everything was explained thoroughly and we received the estimate & an installation date, right away, before they left.
