Premier recently installed a new hvac unit for us. Mike was very easy to work with and knowledgeable in helping us decide what would be best for us. The field team, especially Ryan and Draven, were so pleasant despite working on 90+ degree days in our attic. They were a wonderful crew to have in our home! (See More)

Guys arrived on time , very professional, friendly, Hard Working Crew, worked like as a Great Team ! Went right to work and removed my old HVAC system and replaced with a New HVAC System. And I had my Hot water heater replaced at the same time. All completed in about 8 Hours ! Wow ! You could not ask for Better Service ! Would recommend them for any HVAC Service you may need. I really appreciate Premier tech Ryan K. and Draven P. for replacing a ductless heat pump in our dining room. The work was done in a professional and courtesy way. This was a complex job and with there skills they able to complete it for us. They did a outstanding clean up after completing the job. They show they care about their work and there customers. Ryan K and Zack spent 3 days at our home installing our new HVAC system. They were polite, professional, and a pleasure to work with. They put down tarps wherever they were working, cleaned up after themselves and I never had to request that they wear a mask. They patiently answered all of our questions. We recently had our aging central air replaced by premier hvac. Trystan and Ryan did the work and we were very happy with them. They were very professional yet personable and were able to answer any and all questions we had. There work ethic is very good hardworking on time can't say enough. I would highly recommend premier and will to recommend premier to anyone who is in need of hvac services. Also i would be remiss if i didn't mention Jordan our estimater very nice and easy to work with and we got everything he promised. Premier HVAC is very responsive and was fast and helpful throughout the purchase process, from the initial quote to the completion of the installation. The Premier team recently installed a full house Central HVAC system in my 55 year old house. They were one of 6 estimates I had received over the past year. I selected them because of their reputation for installation expertise and my confidence in their follow up support for years to come. Doing a retrofit like this into an older home, I feared some unexpected surprises. But they anticipated all of those, and know how to steer around them ! The entire team were so professional, respectful of my home, and very thorough. And all of this being done in an attic with a 120 degree temp. (Love those hot September days ) I read many times, that the most important part of an AC upgrade like this, is the installation team. That will make or break the success of a project. Ryan responded on a weekend day, to help troubleshoot a new condensate pump that I purchased from Premier in Greencastle. After a quick review on site it was clear everything was in order....and Ryan added two bottles of water to prime the
pump and it came on right away.
Premier has totally serviced my A/C unit this year with new feet for the
outside compressor, and totally checking the inside unit.
Premier has proven itself to be an excellent choice with prompt and
quality service,. compared with other A/C contractors used in the area.

Just got my iComfort S30 20 SEER unit installed today to replace my old contractor grade unit that was initially installed by my home builder. Ryan and Garret were very thorough and I was very pleased with their attention to detail and the quality of the new installation. The new unit is so quiet compared to my old one--really impressive! I got quotes from three different companies for this project and there isn't a question in my mind that I definitely made the right decision. In January 2017 my oil heating system stopped working. I called Premier HVAC Services, and Mike Witmer scheduled a service visit that day. Mike assessed the situation and gave me several furnace options. Because my furnace was over 30 years old, I decided to do a new furnace install. Mike ordered my new furnace and setup the install for me. Ryan and Garrett, from the Premier HVAC Service team performed my furnace install. The install only took a few hours and there wasn't a mess to clean up afterwards. After they left, I inspected their work and my new furnace looked great and my furnace area has never been cleaner. Thanks guys for being so efficient and clean.
Just recently, Mike Witmer returned to my house to optimize my air conditioning unit. This was a free service that was included with my furnace install. Thanks to all of the Premier HVAC Service team! (See More)
