Premier recently installed a new hvac unit for us. Mike was very easy to work with and knowledgeable in helping us decide what would be best for us. The Premier team recently installed a full house Central HVAC system in my 55 year old house. They were one of 6 estimates I had received over the past year. I selected them because of their reputation for installation expertise and my confidence in their follow up support for years to come. Doing a retrofit like this into an older home, I feared some unexpected surprises. But they anticipated all of those, and know how to steer around them ! The entire team were so professional, respectful of my home, and very thorough. And all of this being done in an attic with a 120 degree temp. (Love those hot September days ) I read many times, that the most important part of an AC upgrade like this, is the installation team. That will make or break the success of a project. I call and received same day service! They were actually early and called before they came. They fixed my problem, and went above and beyond to make sure all the components of my system were working to peak performance. Wonderful group of people. Just got a new heat pump unit installed. 3 guys here all day. They worked there tails off installing our unit. Very friendly. Super hot day. Never once complained. Very professional, friendly, and reliable guys! The lady who answered the phone was also very friendly and helpful! I was surprised when I left a message on their voicemail early in the morning before they were open and they got the message and were prepared for an extra thing to do when they showed up. They were very knowledgeable and were sure to tell me to get my system checked next year before the 5 year warranty expires, that was very much appreciated because I was totally unaware of this. They were very quick to fit me into their schedule and they did not rush through, they gave me all of their attention and spent quality time informing me and educating me. We called Premier after experiencing shoddy HVAC installation and after installation service that was performed with little explanation. Premier was professional from communication with Kelli to Mike's service call. Mike explained our issues and options very clearly and treated us fairly with the cost. He explained issues that impacted efficiency as well as those that could be a safety risk. It can be intimidating to try to understand the ins and outs of HVAC when your knowledge is limited, so I find it to be very important that a technician explains in common language. Air Conditioner stopped working in the middle of the night, waking us up when the bedroom became too warm to sleep. I found Premier HVAC Services online and called them first thing next morning. Receptionist was great, friendly and helpful, told us someone would be at our house at Noon. About 10am, Mike showed up, 2 hours early. He immediately started checking out our Central Air system in the basement, identified the problem (improper configuration/setup of the fairly new Air System), made a fix, cutting one of the drain pipes to shorten it, reassembling it, drained the condensation tray of water, dried out the water sensor switch. The air conditioner started working again and has been fine since. Mike was polite, communicative, informative and thoroughly professional. We were impressed with Mike and Premier and now have an annual maintenance contract with them. (See More)

On 5 July 2017 @ 9:00 AM, I was scheduled to have a new HVAC system installed and at the exact time of my scheduled appointment, the servicemen (Mike/Aric) arrived at my door as promised. They began working on the installation and were very professional at doing everything necessary to get the installation done without any problems. The weather was rainy at times during the progress of their efforts to get the job done and due to the weather, they did an excellent job on keeping messy areas to a minimum by using a drop cloth in the laundry area and was able to install the outdoor unit by popping up a tarp canopy and finalizing with the outdoor unit in under 4 hours (which included clean up and installing a new thermostat not ordered prior to service call). I greatly appreciate how these servicemen did a professional installation for me and if additional service or repairs are needed, I would call on Premier HVAC Services before any other company. In January 2017 my oil heating system stopped working. I called Premier HVAC Services, and Mike Witmer scheduled a service visit that day. Mike assessed the situation and gave me several furnace options. Because my furnace was over 30 years old, I decided to do a new furnace install. Mike ordered my new furnace and setup the install for me. Ryan and Garrett, from the Premier HVAC Service team performed my furnace install. The install only took a few hours and there wasn't a mess to clean up afterwards. After they left, I inspected their work and my new furnace looked great and my furnace area has never been cleaner. Thanks guys for being so efficient and clean.
Just recently, Mike Witmer returned to my house to optimize my air conditioning unit. This was a free service that was included with my furnace install. Thanks to all of the Premier HVAC Service team! (See More)

I scheduled Premier to a do a tuneup to my air-conditioner unit. They were able to get to me in a timely manner. Mike was very particular about his work and made sure to keep the area he was working in very clean. I was eligible for a few rebates which he made me aware of which was great. This company is outstanding. I was very impressed with how professional they were. The provided friendly, knowledgeable and prompt service. Kelli made sure to follow up with me on my scheduled estimate and install times so we never forgot. She also helped me through every step of the financing part of my install. Mike and Ryan came to our home to do our install and they worked very hard and were so polite. They cleaned up everything when they were finished and they were happy to answer all our questions.
