Stay away from this company! I paid over $11,000 for a Lennox unit from this company 2 1/2 years ago. Not only did they jack the price up over $2200 more than any other company, I also found out after they never ripped out and replaced the copper in the attic… Which is what should have been done! Simply, due to the fact that it was a completely new unit installed inside and outside of the home. When I called and questioned the owner “Tim“ about the copper issue he stated to me “prove it“ and then hung up the phone. Now 2 1/2 years later, I call Premier again, this was in June 2021, due to my thermostat not working properly as a matter fact the screen was blank. The technician they sent over clearly had no idea what he was doing just by the way he was acting not to mention the fact that when he stepped outside he stated, “oh this is one of those high-end units, I know nothing about these.” Then begins to make numerous phone calls to try to find out what to do next. All the while, I can’t believe what’s going on right in front of me. Not only did my thermostat never get fixed. I was told it was out of warranty. Although, I called Lennox personally and they stated it has a five year warranty for the thermostat alone and the new HVAC system has a 10/10 warranty on it. Instead of honoring the warranty and doing it the right way Premier were trying to force me to spend $1400 on a new thermostat along with a $189 a month subscription for service related issues! WTF???? Then the technician tried to force an $89 fee on me prior to leaving my home in which I refused. However, they took it upon himself to take my credit card information from the install 2 1/2 years prior and utilize it to pay said $89 fee. I’m pretty sure that’s illegal! (See More)

We were very happy with the service we received, both when Tim came out to give our estimate and when Ryan & Trystan came to replace our furnace. The Premier team recently installed a full house Central HVAC system in my 55 year old house. They were one of 6 estimates I had received over the past year. I selected them because of their reputation for installation expertise and my confidence in their follow up support for years to come. Doing a retrofit like this into an older home, I feared some unexpected surprises. But they anticipated all of those, and know how to steer around them ! The entire team were so professional, respectful of my home, and very thorough. And all of this being done in an attic with a 120 degree temp. (Love those hot September days ) I read many times, that the most important part of an AC upgrade like this, is the installation team. That will make or break the success of a project. And this team helped me to realize this is so true ! I would recommend Premier to anyone, without hesitation ! (See More)

Always quick, courteous & top notch service from Premier HVAC Services. Tim has a great company that provides excellent service.! Ken arrived in a short amount of time when our one AC unit was down. He analyzed the problem and performed the repair along with keeping us updated. We only use Premier HVAC for our heating & cooling needs. (See More)

Jake and Tim, from Premier HVAC, came to my "rescue" when my ac wasn't working and my husband was coming home from the hospital. They were very professional, quick and efficient and their prices were not outrageous!! Definitely would recommend thins company and these techs! Thanks guys. (See More)

Excellent service. Was told that my Central air unit and heat pump needed replaced, and it was going to cost almost 4 Grand. Decided to get a second opinion, and called Premier HVAC services, based on their reviews.
I could not have made a better decision. They were very polite and helpful on the phone, and had a technician out in no time.
Tim was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. He quickly was about to determine why my system was not working, and had it up and running perfectly in no time at all. Ended up costing a couple hundred total!
My first experience with Premier saved me almost 4 thousand dollars. I will not be calling anyone else from here on. Highly recommended. (See More)

We came home from a week's vacation to find that our air conditioner was not working. We called a company that was referred to us by a friend, but they stated they no longer work on air conditioners, and referred us to Premier. We called and Tim came to our rescue that very same day, because he did not want us to be without a cooling system on such a hot day. He found that our system was 'frozen up' (not sure if that is the right term). He did a temporary fix for us, but explained that we would eventually need a whole new system, which was determined to be the case before that week was over. Tim came back immediately and talked with us about getting a new system. He was very professional and explained everything very well. Since it would be a couple weeks before this could be done, he did another temporary fix so that we would not be without cool air until that time. Three guys then showed up to install the new system: Ryan, Garret and Jake. We had to leave for the day. When we returned, they were near completion. They left the area clean and were very professional and explained the new system and went over how it works. We were very pleased with this company and have already recommended them to another friend. (See More)

On 5 July 2017 @ 9:00 AM, I was scheduled to have a new HVAC system installed and at the exact time of my scheduled appointment, the servicemen (Mike/Aric) arrived at my door as promised. They began working on the installation and were very professional at doing everything necessary to get the installation done without any problems. The weather was rainy at times during the progress of their efforts to get the job done and due to the weather, they did an excellent job on keeping messy areas to a minimum by using a drop cloth in the laundry area and was able to install the outdoor unit by popping up a tarp canopy and finalizing with the outdoor unit in under 4 hours (which included clean up and installing a new thermostat not ordered prior to service call). I greatly appreciate how these servicemen did a professional installation for me and if additional service or repairs are needed, I would call on Premier HVAC Services before any other company. Our semi-annual service was conducted by Aric. As has always been the case with Premier, he was on time, very professional, competent, and pleasant to talk to.
