Premier recently installed a new hvac unit for us. Mike was very easy to work with and knowledgeable in helping us decide what would be best for us. The field team, especially Ryan and Draven, were so pleasant despite working on 90+ degree days in our attic. They were a wonderful crew to have in our home! (See More)

Technician was able to install the new AC Flex lines quicker than expected. Technician over came all obstetrical and challenges posed by installing new lines with only a few holes in the ceiling drywall. (See More)

Draven and Ethan installed 3 mini splits for us - likely on the hottest day in June. They did a nice job of communicating, installing and cleaning up after themselves ... we are enjoying the fruits of their labor!

Just had my new HVAC seer 16 unit installed. Both Derek W and Draven P did a great job as technician, very professional and knowledable. I also had a Wi-Fi thermostat installed,They explained the whole process before they started, went over linking the thermostat to my phone app. The only downside was having a copy of their warranty. The ofc is supposed to register my unit so I wait a few days for a follow-up call and see if they send me a copy. Otherwise it was a great experience. (See More)

Derek and Keith arrived on time and were very considerate of our home. They wore tyvek booties when coming into our home. The job was completed just as Mike Witmer said it would be. Very pleasant experience. I will definitely have them return to do HVAC work as needed in the future. (See More)

Premier HVAC installed a Daikin two head split system in our basement and installed a humidifier on the main floor air handler. We are very pleased with the workmanship and responsiveness of the technicians (Derek, Draven, and Tristan). Derek and Draven did the installation in a efficient workmanlike manner, cleaned up everything before they left after day 1 and were done by noon on day 2. Tristan came out a few days later to finish up a minor issue and answered our questions regarding the humidifier that was installed on the existing Lennox unit as part of the work order. We couldn't be happier with Premier who has been servicing our existing 2 units for our home since 2009 and is the primary reason why we went with them for the additional 3rd unit for the basement. Tim and another tech came the same day that I called for service. Premier was a referral. I needed a second opinion on a problem with my AC unit. The day before Premier came out, another HVAC company told me that I needed a new unit as the old one was shot. Tim and his assistant check my unit out, fixed the problem and now I'm in the cool. A year ago the guys at Premier installed a new HVAC system to replace an aging noisy expensive system in my downstairs. We have been happy with the system and the service to the point we brought them back this year to replace the upstairs systems. I owned a house that did not have central air. After years of putting window units in and out of windows, I wanted something that was safer and more efficient. My dealer was able to come up with a plan that serviced my house perfectly and was very affordable. We are extremely happy with the Lennox products!
