N.E.T.R. was fantastic! I had ductless mini split AC installed in my 2nd floor condo, and Jimmy was great in figuring out what made the best sense for my space. Christian, Jeff, and Steve were a terrific installation team. They were timely, professional, tidy, and knowledgable. We are so pleased with our new system. We had purchased it for ac but have loved using it for heat this cold spring. This was our third time using NETR, and they have been perfect every time. We had our Mitsubishi air conditioner installed today by Brian B. He did an excellent job with the installation and was very respectful of my house as it was a rainy day and he had to keep going up and down the stairs. The unit works perfectly, and we are very happy to have it ready for the warm weather. He made sure we understood how to operate it and went over the paperwork with us so we could apply for the rebate. (See More)

Only hiccup was that we weren't "trained" to operate the equipment, so we had a few basic Q'S..which weren't completely answered (to date). Jimmy was great from the outset. Install was pretty good. This is a great company, from the sales rep that came to my house, to the office assistants who answer my questions and directed my calls to the appropriate person, and to the field people that did the insulation. NETR did a great job from start to finish. Jimmy took the time to convince us about the product and the company. The install crew - Jerry, Adam, Jeff, TIm and Matt C - were as professional as Jimmy promised. The crew was here early, was polite and pleasant to deal with. They worked smoothly with us as we made some slight tweaks to one of the installation positions and made sure we knew just how everything worked before they departed. Their teamwork was top notch, they protected our floors and left the work site tidy. We would highly recommend this company.
