Had a ductless hearing/cooling mini split installed and the installing team was Brian B and Cesar L. Both were professional and conscientious. Work inside with booties on, and used drop cloths. Made no mess and both cleaned up after themselves. The team walked me through the new electrical installation and the new equipment. Great job would recommend this team to anyone. (See More)

My first NETR contact was Paul V who came to my house to assess the AC requirements. I decided on split units that would provide AC and heat and 3 units to be installed. Next Adam came out to determine the technical/installation requirements. It was determined that 2 work crews would be sent so that all installation would be completed in 1 day. On that day the technicians were due to arrive at 8 AM. Imagine my surprise when I went out to move my car at 7:30 and they were already here! Brian B, Ryan, Christian F and Ivan B introduced themselves by name (which is not often my experience with contractor staff I've not previously met). Brian explained how the work would progress, with the first step being to walk through the project with me. That accomplished they set to work. I was a bit concerned about foot traffic over rugs in the living room, but no worry. The technicians wore booties over their shoes and put down drop cloths so no one was walking directly on the rugs. I had explained that we have dogs and an indoor cat, and they were very careful to make sure the cat didn't escape. (The dogs were crated so no problem there.) They worked quietly with an electrician arriving around noon. By 2:30 all 3 units were installed inside and out. Christian instructed me on how to use the remote controls and also how to maintain the outside equipment in the winter. Definitely a great experience and happily warmer in the house now! And looking forward to being cooler in the summer. (See More)

The excitement of a new home was diminished a bit with the bouts of humidity this summer. A couple of quotes and N.E.T.R. came to the rescue starting with company representative, Jimmy S., who quickly sold me on the ductless cooling and heating units. I made the decision to use N.E.T.R. for the service and Jimmy S. and Adam H. arrived to review the plans with me for the installation of three units that would work best for my space. Three weeks later, Brian B. and Christian arrived to install the units.
My brother had used this company five years earlier and recommended them to me. I was impressed with their knowledge, professionalism, and their commitment to making sure I was happy with the system, as well as the timely fashion in which the job was completed. I realized that my house was not equipped for central air so the ductless units were my only option. The finished product is neat, both inside and out, and efficient.
I'm finally cool ....... and very happy.

You get what you pay for ... not the cheapest, but truly the best.
We had three Sanyo mini-splits that were on their last legs when we closed on our condo last May, and decided that it was time to upgrade to new Mitsubishi units. I found N.E.T.R. based on Mitsubishi's website. These guys know mini-splits -- that's essentially all that they do and they've seen it all.
I called them on a Wednesday and had a walk-through and quote in hand by the next day. Jimmy walked me through our options, and since our job was a bit more complicated (5th floor in a historic building with no elevator), he came back a few days later with one of the company's experts Adam to make sure that the job was planned correctly.
Our install was about two weeks later with Brian and Jawon. Incredibly patient and professional -- they tested everything and even showed things about the old units that had caused them to wear out sooner than expected. (Someone who used to live in our unit had been running the AC with the windows open, which caused so much condensation that part of the old unit had rusted!)

They had to deal with some pretty challenging outdoor site issues because of our recent snow, but they didn't complain at all. They cleaned up every spot they touched, and everything was completed perfectly to spec. And when explaining the tech, they were knowledgable and enthusiastic about it. I already like this system for heating, can't wait for it to help me out in hot weather too. Consultation to purchase: We had a very smooth experience - just a couple of weeks between getting our free consultation (Chip was very clear and easy to understand - he explained everything really well.) to having the units installed and functioning.
Installation: Brian B. & Ivan were terrific. They were prompt and efficient, and they let us know what to expect each day. They were courteous and communicated really well. They worked pretty quietly, were very considerate, and were extra careful to keep noise and dust/mess to a minimum. They actually may have left the place cleaner than they found it!

We've had work done by N.E.T.R. over the past 10 years (install, service, etc). This year we upgraded our system and worked with the firms owner to make certain our plans were practical and workable. Mike Capuccio, the owner, came to our place and reviewed our plans with us. He offered suggestions and within 3 days provided a quotation that was easily within our budget.
The following week the newer system was installed by Brian B. and his assistant Jawan. They reported early and had all the needed equipment to complete the job. Hard workers, mindful of our living quarters and very pleasant. We were very pleased with their efforts and especially happy with the units we selected.
