The installation last September went without a hitch and ahead of schedule, with very neat polite workers. This summer is our first cooling season and we LOVE the mini splits. The split in the kitchen was acting a bit differently so we thought it should be checked out. Brian A came and did a very thorough inspection and tested things inside and out, explaining everything as he went.
