Jeff came out yesterday to install a PVC water drain on our mini split in our basement. Jeff did a great job responding to all my requests to install the drain with a good incline of the PVC pipe.
He left the work site nice and clean, very neat work with all the drilling through the concrete and sheetrock walls and mounting of the PVC pipes.
He wore a mask every time I saw him respecting the covid rules.
He was friendly and polite.

Everybody at NETR we dealt with was great. They did a great job installing our Mitsubishi mini splits. Every one of them was very knowledgeable and friendly.
They all acted positively and promptly to all our requests during this installation, even to a couple of changes we made. The technicians left their areas of work neat and clean when they had finished.
Everybody that we came in contact with respected the covid rules.
NETR's price was lower that the one other company who we were considering.
These installations are very complex and I wanted a company very experienced in this type of work.
NETR does only Mitsubishi A/C - heat split installations and they do hundreds of them every year. I did not want a company that only installed a few every year.

Every step in the process of having ductless AC installed in our house went as smoothly as possible. Our sales rep, Jimmy, was friendly, informative, and responsive. Our two service techs who installed the system, Jeff and Christian, were timely, efficient, and unobtrusive (although they were inside and outside our house for two full days, we were able to keep on with our daily routines with minimal need for adjustment due to their presence). And they were nice guys, too! I would recommend NETR unreservedly for any HVAC work you might need done. (See More)

NETR installed a complicated 4 zone (2 condenser) split heat pump system at our house.
The project required beyond usual carpentry work to get all the pieces installed correctly, in the locations I wanted.
The team was probably the most professional, competent, and light hearted work crew we've had at the house in 20 years.
They followed the procedures they outlined when we started the project. When there was an un-expected change they sat me down, explained the required change, and why it was impossible it could have been known during the estimation stage. Change order agreed, Back to Work!
My wife and I were commenting that the fact that all of the work team have worked with NETR for 5-10 years really shows. (See More)

OUTSTANDING, Meticulous! From the sales call with Mike, Financing with Alana, from first day of the install With Jeff , Matt and Dana..to the last day of the install, with Jeff to explain the functions of the system.
Courteous, CLEAN!! I had a 2 mini spit systems installed in my 1900's home and everything was done perfectly, and neatly .. If you choose someone other than NETR your doing YOURSELF a disservice. My neighbor called me after the install for their number. To see if they would clean up the install he had done by another company a couple years ago. Because all his refrigerant lines were just hanging all over his house. He was unaware that it can be installed in a better way. Thank you for everything. (See More)

When it finally all happened after some unexpected delays on our part to get necessary electrical service upgrades, the NETR crew was on time, intelligent, considerate, and paid attention to details. Perfectly professional and with a camaraderie that could only be there if they all trust each other's competence; led by Jeff D., the 3 - 4 man crew managed to get everything done in the allotted three day installation window with time to spare. And left us with no mess to clean up other than a little plaster dust that the subcontractor electrician (otherwise neat & tidy) left behind. Seriously, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend the crew, the subcontractor electrician, and NETR office team backing them up -- all very organized and competent -- right down to the detail of asking me for an honest review! This company was so professional in every aspect of the installation. First, my meeting with Paul was not in the least stressful because there was no push to purchase and the estimate was given immediately. Then when all 3 installers arrived on a horrible, rainy day they were prepared to enter my home with tarps and booties!! No mud dragged in. It took a total of 6 hours, start to finish with minimum disturbance!. Jerry, Matt C., and Jeff were all gentlemen who were diligent workers. My mini split heating and cooling service team of Jeff D. and Ivan was very professional from start to finish. Taking care not to soil my "spotless, tidy" floors/home, they put down drop cloths and began working just as the N.E.T.R. office had told me they would. Everything proceeded as planned even though I had requested a slight tweak of the original plan. Jeff and Ivan worked well individually and as a team. I had Jeff and Jerry work on the majority of my multi zone units, and they were awesome. Regular guys, hard working, customer focused, friendly, proficient, they finished the job in less than 3 days. They put tarps down to protect my floors, they even put booties on their shoes. It was all impressive and definitely worth the expense.
I can’t say enough great things about the people at N.E.T.R., James took care of my rebates for me and answered a thousand questions I had, a woman in the office (sorry!) called me the day before to confirm the initial visit and again for the installation, who I should expect, and how long it should take. Our experience with NETR has been top notch in every way.
They were prompt, courteous, friendly and knowledgable and trustworthy. The price they gave us for a ductless cooling/heating unit was very fair and came with a 12 year warrantee, the best in the industry.
Jimmy came to plan the job with great detail and included us in every part of the decision process. He and Adam came again to go over all the plans a second time before install.
The installation was scheduled during a snow storm but they came anyway, knowing we didn't have heat.
Jerry, Jeff, Jawon and Ivan were the best team! They did a terrific job and were a joy to be around.

Great experience. Chip was my salesman and was professional and clear, and gave me a detailed estimate on the spot. Steve, Jeff, and Brian did the install in one day, and coordinated with their contracted electrician. They were friendly with each other clearly work together well and often. They draped my furniture (including my cat's perch!) and cleaned as they went. My condo is small (450 sq ft) and there were four of them in here with me and my cat all day, and it was no problem at all. I have to say, they were all really nice and took the time to explain the system's operation to me, too. And....it's cool in here now! I'm very pleased and definitely recommend them highly. This is the second time we hired N.E.T.R. and - once again - they did a fantastic job. The team was very efficient and completed the work on time. They explained what was happening at any point throughout the installation. They also listened and answered any questions we may have for them. They went an extra mile to meet all of our requests. Overall I would recommend this company. I gave it a four star rating because of the project manager Chip. He was frustrating to work with. He made things very unclear and had poor communication skills. He had quoted me a price that included the use of a lift and then the day of the install there was no lift used. Because of this I felt a credit was due back to me. My attempts to claim the credit with Chip were fruitless. I felt he was dishonest about conversations we had regarding the quote he had given me, and he made little attempt to follow through with me. To make a long story short, after repeated unsuccessful conversations/emails with Chip, I decided to speak with Mike, the company's owner/president.
Mike is an outstanding professional who worked with me to make sure I was satisfied with the final amount I paid for the installation of the mini-split system. He listened to my concerns and was able to issue me a credit. I received a check from NETR within the next 2 days. Mike values his customers and goes above and beyond to ensure they are happy with the service/experience that NETR provides.
In addition to Mike, Jeff and Steve were the crew members that came to my house for the mini-split I had installed. They were great! Both guys were professional, knowledgable and very approachable. During the installation process, they made my wife and I feel at ease with any of our questions and they patiently worked with us to have the install meet our specifications. I strongly recommend Jeff and Steve, as they are a great team! (See More)

Jeff removed two old style through the wall air conditioners for me and made the interior and exterior walls look like the original walls.
He always arrived promptly and was very professional. He always explained what he was about to do and why he took special steps for the residing so it would be sealed properly.
He made sure there was always a drop cloth where ever he worked and always vacuumed when he was complete so that everything was clean when he was finished,
