NETR just installed 3 split-type air conditioner units. The rooms look just as they were when the crew started. Operation of the units was explained. Everything was cleaned up and taken away. I am completely satisfied with the way the installation was done. (See More)

I had N.E.T.R. Inc. to install a ductless AC system to my apartment in ********** *** I flew to MA from CA and only stayed a week in ********* to help my son move into the off campus apartment. Since my time limit, I wanted to make sure all things be done in time. The team, including Brian, Jerry, Ryan, and Tim, showed up 7:00am and completed the job by 2:00pm. They were professional and efficient. Definitely a good choice. (See More)

Great experience. Chip was my salesman and was professional and clear, and gave me a detailed estimate on the spot. Steve, Jeff, and Brian did the install in one day, and coordinated with their contracted electrician. They were friendly with each other clearly work together well and often. They draped my furniture (including my cat's perch!) and cleaned as they went. My condo is small (450 sq ft) and there were four of them in here with me and my cat all day, and it was no problem at all. I have to say, they were all really nice and took the time to explain the system's operation to me, too. And....it's cool in here now! I'm very pleased and definitely recommend them highly. This is the second time we hired N.E.T.R. and - once again - they did a fantastic job. The team was very efficient and completed the work on time. They explained what was happening at any point throughout the installation. They also listened and answered any questions we may have for them. They went an extra mile to meet all of our requests. Last but not least, they were very polite and left the house clean at the end of each day. Not to mention the fact that we are extremely happy with our new air conditioning system. I highly recommend N.E.T.R.. A great experience from the very first encounter with our sales rep to the training on how to use our new air conditioning system. (See More)
