We had an unexpected "guest" decide to live in our Mini-Split outdoor unit over the winter, destroying the electrical panel. Who knew mice love copper wires. Good news, the NETR team was responsive and very supportive providing the repair. This was not an easy job and Gregg's skill was much appreciated. He took his time, patiently going over every electrical connection before moving ahead with installing the new wire harnesses. He also designed a clever fix for keeping mice out of the box in the future. Thank you Gregg and thanks NETR for reminding me why I selected you in the first place. SERVICE #1. (See More)

Greg showed up at the scheduled time and worked on our unit for quite a long time to troubleshoot the issue. He discovered a part that was totally disconnected and quickly got the unit up and running again. This is absolutely the best company I have done business with in a long time. They installed this unit 2 years ago and were so respectful of my property at that time, and on this occasion they did not charge me for the service call as they felt the part should never have come disconnected. I will not hesitate the call them when I am ready to add another AC unit in my house. They are the best!! (See More)

I called **** ** in a panic because an unethical contractor had totally messed up our very expensive HVAC system, and the condensers had been sitting unconnected for 18 months! Called ****, they had no idea what to do. Called **** and he sent in ***** ** to reconnect everything, drain the condensers and recharge them again. He did a great job and it turned out we did not have to buy new condensers -- hooray! I highly recommend this company, since no one else was willing or had the inclination to tackle this. (See More)

Had a problem where i thought my unit needed to be swaped out , had trouble with it since new .. NETR team listened to my problem made a suggesstion and solved the issue ... Same unit New results Gregg was understanding and nailed it .. This time of year can be impossible to get help ..These guys took us in like family ..Thank You (See More)
