The whole N.E.T.R. team is wonderful! We got the estimate before Paul even left, follow up was clear and consistent, and the work was scheduled super quickly. Ceaser and Christian were really helpful, informative, and just super nice. They event put together the paperwork for the Mass Save rebate (including addressing and stamping the envelope!). This company was so professional in every aspect of the installation. First, my meeting with Paul was not in the least stressful because there was no push to purchase and the estimate was given immediately. Then when all 3 installers arrived on a horrible, rainy day they were prepared to enter my home with tarps and booties!! No mud dragged in. It took a total of 6 hours, start to finish with minimum disturbance!. Jerry, Matt C., and Jeff were all gentlemen who were diligent workers. Paul in Sales assessed our needs, recommended the equipment and quickly set up a date for the installation. The installation team of Jerry and Ivan did a nice job today showing up at our home at the expected time and were very neat - carefully moving and protecting our floors, rugs and furniture. They did a great job and went through the manual, explaining and showing us how to use and operate the system. Called N.E.T.R out of the blue for emergency service on a 24-hr supplemental HVAC system that failed. They were very professional and provided great customer service.
