N.E.T.R. was fantastic! I had ductless mini split AC installed in my 2nd floor condo, and Jimmy was great in figuring out what made the best sense for my space. Christian, Jeff, and Steve were a terrific installation team. They were timely, professional, tidy, and knowledgable. The inside of my home was clean but my woven patio furniture was covered in brick dust that was difficult to remove. I wish said furniture had been moved out of the way before drilling. But workers were lovely, as well as follow-up. Thank you! (See More)

Great experience. Chip was my salesman and was professional and clear, and gave me a detailed estimate on the spot. Steve, Jeff, and Brian did the install in one day, and coordinated with their contracted electrician. They were friendly with each other clearly work together well and often. They draped my furniture (including my cat's perch!) and cleaned as they went. My condo is small (450 sq ft) and there were four of them in here with me and my cat all day, and it was no problem at all. I have to say, they were all really nice and took the time to explain the system's operation to me, too. And....it's cool in here now! I'm very pleased and definitely recommend them highly. I had an air conditioning unit placed in my loft. Steve and Ryan were so great! They explained everything and worked all day long! When they were finished there was no evidence of them ever being at my house. It was immaculate ! I had a great sales experience with Chip and the owner Mike was more than helpful when we spoke! The team we had to install our mini-split Mitsubishi ac/heating units and condensers were awesome! They were very professional and worked tirelessly to have our units installed. They were very friendly and didn't mind answering our questions. What a great team we had!! They stayed after the installation to make sure that our units worked and went over the remotes with us. In the fall, we had 7 Mitsubishi heat and air units installed in our home. First, Chip who was the consultant, was excellent in providing information, explaining the system, and checking to make sure all our questions were answered during the installation. He also provided the paper work to get rebates on the units.
The installers arrived on time and were extremely careful going through the house wearing protective covers over their shoes. The first day, 4 workers arrived (Adam, Jose, Steve, and Tim) and got right to work. They came with me through the house to make sure where the units were going and answered all the questions I had. They worked very hard and all the units were in by day1. They were extremely careful with the furniture, walls, and items in each of the rooms and the hardwood floors.
During the next 4 days, Adam and Jose worked diligently to get the work completed on time. Their work was impeccable. All of the tubing in the basement and outside work looks so professional. They are an unbelievable team.
This was a great group of installers. They are very skilled, hard workers. They were so careful and everything is clean looking and neat inside the house and outside. They are friendly and courteous.
The heat pumps and AC work terrific. We have used both. It's amazing how quickly the heat and AC provide the heat or air.
I highly recommend N.E.T.R.
