Adam H. came out to our house 2 or 3 times to be sure our mini splits were installed to our satisfaction. He was very understanding with our request to move one of the outside compressors to a less visible place, even after the compressor was almost completely installed. Adam had to have the electrician come out a second time to do this. Adam also came out to our house a second time when we realized how noisy the water pump attached to our basement mini split was. He decided our best option was to run a PVC pipe to drain the water to a lower draining area in our basement, thus eliminating the noisy water pump all together. For both the relocation of the compressor and running the water drain line he was totally concerned with our needs to satisfy us as very happy customers with NETR. (See More)

This is my 2nd install job for the ductless/ heat pumps. I had a job done at summer home(cottage) that I wanted to prolong my stay within heat. The installation was excellent - prompt ,efficient courteous well explained. The only problem was that the unit was wired into the electric panel of the other Condo. When I notified NETR, the electrician- Dave- came the next day and fixed it perfectly. We are looking forward to a cool summer. (See More)

NETR did a great job from start to finish. Jimmy took the time to convince us about the product and the company. The install crew - Jerry, Adam, Jeff, TIm and Matt C - were as professional as Jimmy promised. The crew was here early, was polite and pleasant to deal with. They worked smoothly with us as we made some slight tweaks to one of the installation positions and made sure we knew just how everything worked before they departed. Their teamwork was top notch, they protected our floors and left the work site tidy. We would highly recommend this company. For all the staff at NETR, particularly Adam, Jose, Jeff, the owner and the other two men whose names I didn't get but should be included. I cannot say enough good things about this company. The staff is professional, remarkably skilled, on time, get the job done and, get this, they get back to you! We had a complicated problem and the owner stopped by and figured out a way to solve it, set a date, the men arrived on time, finished. What more could one ask for. The installation of our mini-split air conditioning system went flawlessly, directed a very competent and personable team leader. On a rainy installation day they not only put down drop cloths along the indoor route to the three unit locations, but they also donned blue cloth foot coverings when in the house. You'd have thought they were all surgeons! I guess in their specialty they are. And they followed through the whole operation with the same level of care and thoughtfulness. My wife and I were particularly impressed with the human qualities of the whole team. They were all well mannered, well spoken and obviously enjoyed working with each other. Jerry/ Adam/ Ryan arrived as scheduled (early) and installed everything; the system is working well. They discussed placement of units with me and advised the best places. They asked my opinion/ preference about everything, even though they probably know better ! They cleaned up everywhere as if they had never even been at my home. From the sale, to the install scheduling, to the reminders, the whole process went well and I am pleased. Adam is such a smart, competent and nice guy! I was so impressed with how seamless and efficiently he worked to install my heating and air conditioning/HVAC unit. He thought about the placement of the indoor unit and took care to cover my appliances and floor. After the installation, Adam explained how to clean the filters and the importance of cleaning them. He also explained how to use the remote and made sure I understood how to operate it. I would recommend N.E.T.R. to anyone looking for a premier cooling/heating system. High quality systems are, however, only one piece of the investment made. The crew that installed my system, Adam, Jose, and Jerry, were not only knowledgeable, but also worked together as a team to complete the job efficiently with no impact to my day. Before I knew it, everything was complete and Adam was providing me with a comprehensive system operational review. He also provided the paper work to get rebates on the units. The installers arrived on time and were extremely careful going through the house wearing protective covers over their shoes. The first day, 4 workers arrived (Adam, Jose, Steve, and Tim) and got right to work. They came with me through the house to make sure where the units were going and answered all the questions I had. They worked very hard and all the units were in by day1. They were extremely careful with the furniture, walls, and items in each of the rooms and the hardwood floors. During the next 4 days, Adam and Jose worked diligently to get the work completed on time. Their work was impeccable. All of the tubing in the basement and outside work looks so professional. They are an unbelievable team. This was a great group of installers. They are very skilled, hard workers. They were so careful and everything is clean looking and neat inside the house and outside. They are friendly and courteous. The heat pumps and AC work terrific. We have used both. It's amazing how quickly the heat and AC provide the heat or air. I highly recommend N.E.T.R. He was, on time (early as a matter of fact :) ), organized, friendly, informative, neat and very respectful and very considerate of sharing and explaining how he was going to install the system. Also, from N.E.T.R. was the electrician, Jay Gramolini, very knowledgable, also respectful, friendly and informative. I would highly recommend this company, especially if you have these two gentlemen working on your home/business projects. From my first contact with Chip to the last goodbye from Jerry and his crew, the NETR group was a breath of fresh air in this crazy world. They really, honestly love their jobs with NETR, citing the head of the company as a big reason. (That counts a LOT when I'm looking for a company to work with.) Beyond that, though, the installation guys were machines! My husband and I were astonished at their incredible skill and speed. It took 3 days to complete--incredible. With Chip's assistance (make no mistake, this was no "sales job"), we had a split-ductless cooling and heating system put in. One of the best installations of anything I have ever had done! Adam and Jerry were very professional and polite. This crew was prompt, hardworking and obviously knew what they were doing. This was a scheduled three day installation and they always were here promptly at 8AM. The installation was completed with time to spare. They always made sure drop clothes were down or wore shoe booties when inside the house to make sure the house didn't get dirty while going in and out. Any questions I had during the installation were promptly answered and special requests were incorporated if possible. The installed system was explained completely and clearly. Adam and Tim installed 4 units and compressor in our 117 year old Colonial. Originally, it was scheduled to take 5 days, and they finished in 2 1/2. Great guys to work with, and they even gave us some good advice that took $1,700 off of the sales estimate. They kept things as clean as possible and the final work looks great.
