Fantastic service, completely lived up to their online review reputation. The install guys were professional and courteous, conscious about COVID and took precautions. They were accommodating to my project requests without complaint or issue. Every single person I have interacted with at the company has been honest, genuine and very personable, from my quote with Chip Moeckel, to the project manager Adam Hunt, and the amazing install team of Jerry, Jawon, Ivan and Damon, and finally anyone else I talked to on the phone. The entire project went off without a hitch, from start to finish, and even submitted my MassSave rebates for me. I would highly recommend NETR for those looking into ductless Mini Split Heat/AC systems. (See More)

We called NETR to install mini splits in our modern Deck House, after seeing that they had done a similar project for another Deck House owner. Our salesman, Paul, looked over our house and came back out with Adam, the Installation manager. Adam put together an installation plan that was discreet, minimalist and got us everything we needed. So I was hopeful, going into the installation itself. Well, Jerry, Jawan & Dana, our installation techs were phenomenal. They were precise, asked questions, took great care in the quality of their work. They cleaned up after themselves every day, were friendly and polite. And we are delighted with the job they did. Jerry, as the lead tech, really crushed it. He came early one morning to help me re-hang some art they'd had to take down, he was thorough, clear and patient, I can't say enough about Jerry and his crew. (See More)

Jerry and Terry's work was worth 5 stars. They were thorough, polite, made a couple of changes based on my input to put the branch box in the attic, resulting in shorter lines to 3 units than if was in the basement and they were able to direct one drain into an existing roof drain. We worked with N.E.T.R. to install ductless AC (mini-splits) in four areas of our 100-year-old house. We were very impressed by Jerry, Jason and Ivan's professionalism, speed and efficiency (even during a day of heavy rain), and by how neat and clean the work area was when they were finished. During the site visit and estimating process, Chip was also very knowledgeable and responsive. N.E.T.R. wasn't the cheapest vendor we interviewed, but they inspired a lot of confidence throughout the process. We were impressed by their knowledge and ability to problem-solve. Every member of the team was professional, courteous ,and responsive to our questions and concerns. From the beginning , it was evident we were working with a thoroughly reliable company. We received a same-day quote and an installation the following week. At our home, they arrived on time and worked efficiently. They explained everything as they went along and took great care to clean up any debris. At the end of the process, they tried out each unit and we were shown how to use the remotes . Your workers were exceptional and courteous young men. They came fully prepared to work in my home on a day of foul weather(pouring rain). This company was so professional in every aspect of the installation. First, my meeting with Paul was not in the least stressful because there was no push to purchase and the estimate was given immediately. Then when all 3 installers arrived on a horrible, rainy day they were prepared to enter my home with tarps and booties!! No mud dragged in. It took a total of 6 hours, start to finish with minimum disturbance!. Jerry, Matt C., and Jeff were all gentlemen who were diligent workers. After they left, I was looking around and to my amazement, I didn’t find any debris anywhere they worked! We had an issue with an installation, but one call and NETR was on top of it. Within an hour, someone was at our house figuring out the issue and within another hour, James was at our door, and didn't leave until the situation was taken care of. NETR did a great job from start to finish. Jimmy took the time to convince us about the product and the company. The install crew - Jerry, Adam, Jeff, TIm and Matt C - were as professional as Jimmy promised. The crew was here early, was polite and pleasant to deal with. They worked smoothly with us as we made some slight tweaks to one of the installation positions and made sure we knew just how everything worked before they departed. Their teamwork was top notch, they protected our floors and left the work site tidy. We would highly recommend this company. Our only complaint is with the sales person-Russ. He sold us a unit that was not adequate for our space and would not return our calls. The company made right for his wrongs quickly & efficiently. From my first contact with Chip to the last goodbye from Jerry and his crew, the NETR group was a breath of fresh air in this crazy world. They really, honestly love their jobs with NETR, citing the head of the company as a big reason. (That counts a LOT when I'm looking for a company to work with.) Beyond that, though, the installation guys were machines! My husband and I were astonished at their incredible skill and speed. It took 3 days to complete--incredible. With Chip's assistance (make no mistake, this was no "sales job"), we had a split-ductless cooling and heating system put in. One of the best installations of anything I have ever had done! Adam and Jerry were very professional and polite. This crew was prompt, hardworking and obviously knew what they were doing. This was a scheduled three day installation and they always were here promptly at 8AM. The installation was completed with time to spare. They always made sure drop clothes were down or wore shoe booties when inside the house to make sure the house didn't get dirty while going in and out. Any questions I had during the installation were promptly answered and special requests were incorporated if possible. The installed system was explained completely and clearly.
