WE had N.E.T.R. install mini splits in our house earlier this year, and just had them out for the Fall, end of season service. Terrance was fantastic. He showed up when he said, he cleaned & serviced each unit and took the time to show us a more efficient way to set the AC on the remotes. Our experience to date with NETR has been excellent. From the installation, to the helpful office staff, to our service tech, Terrance. Top notch business.

They are professional and courteous.
Terrance did our maintenance check today and he was punctual, informative, polite and a pleasure to have him working at our home. He explained some of the options we could use as setting on our mini splits. It is always good to have a review of the capabilities of these terrific machines. Terrence arrived promptly, and he performed cleaning and maintenance on our ductless AC unit. He observed COVID Safety protocols at all times, was friendly, and took the time to explain what he did and why. I'm so pleased that one of my Salem neighbors recommended NETR for servicing the mini-split units in my new condo. Terrence was personable, professional, and well-prepared for working during these pandemic- challenged times. He took time to explain what he was doing, walked me through some of the remote control features, advised on which filters needed to be changed and how to keep others cleaned between service calls. He even figured out how to reach and service a unit positioned at the top of a very steep old Salem staircase! Excellent service - definitely recommend! Thank you to Terrence and NETR! (See More)

NETR installed a complicated 4 zone (2 condenser) split heat pump system at our house.
The project required beyond usual carpentry work to get all the pieces installed correctly, in the locations I wanted.
The team was probably the most professional, competent, and light hearted work crew we've had at the house in 20 years.
They followed the procedures they outlined when we started the project. When there was an un-expected change they sat me down, explained the required change, and why it was impossible it could have been known during the estimation stage. Change order agreed, Back to Work!
My wife and I were commenting that the fact that all of the work team have worked with NETR for 5-10 years really shows. (See More)

Jerry and Terry's work was worth 5 stars. They were thorough, polite, made a couple of changes based on my input to put the branch box in the attic, resulting in shorter lines to 3 units than if was in the basement and they were able to direct one drain into an existing roof drain. Jeff and Terry installed a four unit Mitsubishi multi zone ductless system in my home the last two days. I was impressed with their professionalism, as well as, the overall installation. Ivan and Terry were amazing! They were incredibly nice, but also super competent, meticulous to details, and went above and beyond (climbing ladders in the pouring rain, crawling around in in the bulkhead, and ordering brackets to mount my unit on the outside wall when it became clear that the pad location wasn't ideal) all to get the job done perfectly and right on schedule! They were so helpful, troubleshooting issues that were unique to my house in really ideal ways. They were so neat and clean...you would never have known they were here except for the big smile on my face now that I have ac!! Great work, great service, thank you both!
