N.E.T.R.is a very reputable company with the finest installation techs. Jawon and Christian were awesome!!!!
The install team was great in communicating the time they would arrive- and YES on time! They were very courteous and respectful in my home- and for 3 days! They worked very efficiently and cleaned after their work daily quite well.
When the install was done, the operation of the system was reviewed with me by Jawon. He answered all questions and addressed any concerns I would have with moving forward using the new system. He also provided contact information for any future questions or concerns.
This company has it all from a great product, excellent staff, and exceptional customer service and communications. I am pleased that I have chosen them for my split system. More to come as I use it!... (See More)

The installation of a 2 air handler mini-split system, in a very old house with some unusual construction details went perfectly. Dana and Jawon were completely knowledgeable about the equipment being installed and also adapted the carpentry details to the house construction. In addition, they were patient in explaining an important change in what I thought would be the orientation of the outdoor unit. This took at least 3 tries on their part until I finally realized why their suggested orientation was optimal. Thanks to Dana and Jawon. (See More)

I contacted several companies for an estimate on a split system. N.E.T.R. was my choice . Chip did the estimate and explained everything to me and he provided the estimate in less than 5 minutes. Alana handled every question I had before I decided to move forward with N.E.T.R. The day of installation Jawon,and Christian were here at the promised start time. Unfortunately I never got to meet the electrician but he was in and out before I even knew he had arrived, very impress how quickly his part of the job was completed. We give Jawon S. and Jimmy five stars for the installation of the heating/cooling mini split system. Our all electric home will have reduced heating and cooling costs because of the use of the heat pump vs. resistance heating. We are thrilled with the whisper quiet units and their streamlined look blending seamlessly in each room. The exterior piping matches well with our house trim and the heat pumps are not obtrusive. Jawon S. and Jimmy were the ultimate professionals. They were knowledgeable answering all of our questions about the installation and product operation in detail. They were skilled technicians, tackling a big project in three days. Whether working inside or outside the house you barely knew the were around, being the polite, respectful, helpful and quiet experts that they were. We worked with N.E.T.R. to install ductless AC (mini-splits) in four areas of our 100-year-old house. We were very impressed by Jerry, Jason and Ivan's professionalism, speed and efficiency (even during a day of heavy rain), and by how neat and clean the work area was when they were finished. During the site visit and estimating process, Chip was also very knowledgeable and responsive. N.E.T.R. wasn't the cheapest vendor we interviewed, but they inspired a lot of confidence throughout the process. We were impressed by their knowledge and ability to problem-solve. When it finally all happened after some unexpected delays on our part to get necessary electrical service upgrades, the NETR crew was on time, intelligent, considerate, and paid attention to details. Perfectly professional and with a camaraderie that could only be there if they all trust each other's competence; led by Jeff D., the 3 - 4 man crew managed to get everything done in the allotted three day installation window with time to spare. And left us with no mess to clean up other than a little plaster dust that the subcontractor electrician (otherwise neat & tidy) left behind. Seriously, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend the crew, the subcontractor electrician, and NETR office team backing them up -- all very organized and competent -- right down to the detail of asking me for an honest review! You get what you pay for ... not the cheapest, but truly the best.
We had three Sanyo mini-splits that were on their last legs when we closed on our condo last May, and decided that it was time to upgrade to new Mitsubishi units. I found N.E.T.R. based on Mitsubishi's website. These guys know mini-splits -- that's essentially all that they do and they've seen it all.
I called them on a Wednesday and had a walk-through and quote in hand by the next day. Jimmy walked me through our options, and since our job was a bit more complicated (5th floor in a historic building with no elevator), he came back a few days later with one of the company's experts Adam to make sure that the job was planned correctly.
Our install was about two weeks later with Brian and Jawon. Incredibly patient and professional -- they tested everything and even showed things about the old units that had caused them to wear out sooner than expected. (Someone who used to live in our unit had been running the AC with the windows open, which caused so much condensation that part of the old unit had rusted!)
