I hired NETR Service for a preventative check-up and cleaning of my Mitsubishi Mini-Split. I found NETR via a " You Tube" video, how to reprogram the Remote Control , which got erased changing batteries.
I then watched another video about Annual Maintenance / Cleaning.
Last year I had this done, by another company, who climbed a step ladder, removed the front panel and sprayed condensed air inside the unit.
That was it, finished in 15 minutes (including the large outside unit!)
NETR put down a drop cloth, brought supplies, ladder and a machine into the home, which took @ 10 minutes of set-up.....then cleaned the unit.
I was shown the filter roll before cleaning, before un-drilling screws for deeper access to the $7,000 Mini-Split interior.
All of this work, plus checking my outdoor Main unit (which I did not observe) cost a total of $125.10 and a duration of an hour!
Last year I paid that other company $110.00
I HIGHLY recommend NETR Inc for A/C and Refrigeration

N.E.T.R., LLC was the second service company to arrive for our a/c that went out during a heat wave. The first company spent 10 minutes and told us that the unit needed to be replaced. We then called N.E.T.R., LLC. The serviceman, Ray, spent time assessing the problem. He contacted the manufacturer of the unit to troubleshoot the issue and disassembled the unit and found that the wires leading to the board were not connected tightly. Mr. Ray Fitzpatrick arrived on time at 8:35 AM on July 9, 2019 to service our four indoor head units and the outside compressor. He was neat and careful in and around our property. Ray was thorough in his maintenance and took time to explain the procedures he was performing. He answered our questions so we could understand both what he was doing and what we could do to maintain the equipment in peak operating condition. Mr. Fitzpatrick was convivial in all aspects during his visit. We are very happy with all of the staff at NETR, Inc. The split unit air conditioning system has been a wonderful addition to our home. WE HAVE A SPLIT SYSTEM WHICH NEEDED DEEP CLEANING. RAY F********** ARRIVED RIGHT ON TIME AND DID A GREAT JOB CLEANING ALL 3 UNITS AND THE CONDENSER SHOWING US AS HE WENT ALONG WHAT HE WAS DOING. HE POINTED OUT ONE UNIT THAT WAS REAL MUSTY SMELLING. IT WAS DUE TO THE WINTER USE OF A HUMIDIFIER WE USED DIRECTLY UNDER THE UNIT - SO WE WILL BE MOVING THAT NEXT YEAR. This review is about Ray Fitzgerald who came to clean my Mr. Slim units (5 of them) and 2 Condensers. I’ve had these for 7 years and this is the first time that someone has thoroughly cleaned them (top to bottom). The previous technicians never bothered to open up the whole units and really get in there. All they did was wash the filters. There was mold and a lot of dirt, which had been there a while, even though we have these cleaned every year. In my estimation, I have spent close to $2,000 to have this clean-up done since 2012 ... it’s not cheap, believe me.
Ray took special steps to thoroughly clean everything. He was great. He is also a very nice man ... he kept me and my sister in stitches telling us a few corny jokes (don’t quit your day job, Ray ... just kidding). I advise NETR, Inc. to have Ray train all the other technicians on how to do a better job when they clean other customers’ units ... I am sure that there are others who have had a similar experience.

Ray was faced with what should have been the routine jobs of servicing our Daikin air conditioner and replacing a defective part. However, Daikin is not designed for ease of servicing, and I was impressed how persistent Ray was in making sure the job got done. In effect, instead of this being routine, Ray was re-building one of our units from a heap of parts. I am very glad that Ray stuck at it, and would not recommend Daikin in the future because I could see what Ray had to get through. (See More)

Ray Fitzpatrick came from N.E.T.R. to perform spring cleaning and check of an A/C -Mitsubishi Mr. Slim. Ray was personable and polite and thorough in everything he did. My A/C needs new filters, since the old are somewhat worn and falling apart. Since he did not have any in his truck, it was decided that they would be mailed to me and I will install them myself. Since I have removed and installed these several times, I will be able to install them myself. I will need to be billed for these.Ray was not satisfied until everything was planned and I understood what would be happening. Thanks to Ray! (See More)

Great maintenance visit with Ray from N.E.T.R.
Professional and considerate, Ray was what every tradesperson should be. He helpfully brought up a package from the vestibule that I was awaiting and did his work quickly and quietly. I swear he left my place cleaner than it was when he arrived.
Service of this caliber is hard to find. Kudos to Ray and N.E.T.R. for delivering top-notch customer service! Much appreciated!!! (See More)
