My wife and I are pleased to report our experience with N.E.T.R's sales and install team as "best in class" in our dealings with home improvement contractors. Chip and Paul in sales gave us an information-packed two hours -- much of it answering my many questions about the proposed mini-split system. Matt and Dana installed the system in a safe, steady, organized way -- two days work. In every case where we had a choice they let us know before proceeding. Our custom house presented some difficulties which they also handled well. At about $16,000 this is one of the larger improvements we have made to our house -- money well spent. (See More)

OUTSTANDING, Meticulous! From the sales call with Mike, Financing with Alana, from first day of the install With Jeff , Matt and Dana..to the last day of the install, with Jeff to explain the functions of the system.
Courteous, CLEAN!! I had a 2 mini spit systems installed in my 1900's home and everything was done perfectly, and neatly .. If you choose someone other than NETR your doing YOURSELF a disservice. My neighbor called me after the install for their number. To see if they would clean up the install he had done by another company a couple years ago. Because all his refrigerant lines were just hanging all over his house. He was unaware that it can be installed in a better way. Thank you for everything. (See More)

Your workers were exceptional and courteous young men. They came fully prepared to work in my home on a day of foul weather(pouring rain). They all put on Booties when entering and leaving my home so as not to track in any mud or leave wet footprints. Aka had tarps. Couldn't be happier with the workers or finished result (See More)

This company was so professional in every aspect of the installation. First, my meeting with Paul was not in the least stressful because there was no push to purchase and the estimate was given immediately. Then when all 3 installers arrived on a horrible, rainy day they were prepared to enter my home with tarps and booties!! No mud dragged in. It took a total of 6 hours, start to finish with minimum disturbance!. Jerry, Matt C., and Jeff were all gentlemen who were diligent workers. Jerry & Matt did a great job with the installation of my ********** A/C system. On a scale of 1-10, I give them a 12. They were very professional,worked hard to overcome difficulties, and completed the installation in just a few hours. I have done numerous projects in my house and the NETR team has been by far the best company i have had to deal with. Chip was very knowledgeable and courteous and answered all my questions with patience and honesty. The installation team was very professional, clean and quiet and worked very efficiently. NETR did a great job from start to finish. Jimmy took the time to convince us about the product and the company. The install crew - Jerry, Adam, Jeff, TIm and Matt C - were as professional as Jimmy promised. The crew was here early, was polite and pleasant to deal with. They worked smoothly with us as we made some slight tweaks to one of the installation positions and made sure we knew just how everything worked before they departed. Their teamwork was top notch, they protected our floors and left the work site tidy. We would highly recommend this company. Hopefully the Mitsubishi equipment will be every bit as good as the NETR team. (See More)
