I would like to thank Mike and his very professional associates, Junior and Noodin for there excellent work installing my new furnace, humidifier, and air conditioner. Everyone was courteous and they did excellent work in a timely fashion. They even worked on the air conditioner in the rain. Junior helped train me on the new thermostat and made it easy to connect the device to my iPhone. Both of them did a nice job cleaning up after they were finished. It was a pleasure to have them in our home. We would recommend them to anyone, including our family members. Prior to the recent work, we really enjoyed working with Nick who installed our new water softener. He was very helpful and did excellent work! We will be clients of MacGregor for life! (See More)

What a GREAT experience...even if we were without AC for 5 days. It was amazing to see your team go into action and try to quickly get us back into the "cool." Thank you to everyone. Josh and Eric worked hard and efficiently, using the clock well. Mike, God bless Mike, he maneuvered and somehow got supplies to HS, allowing us a one day earlier installation. They are here installing the AC as I talk Harry. Someone pulled some strings, (made extra effort) and we will have AC tonight hopefully. We can live without AC, our concern is having it available for guests arriving midweek.
Bottom Line: Mac Gregor’s trucks will bring a smile to our heart as we encounter them again and again on the area highways each summer. Thank you for allowing us to be a part of a pleasurable Sales and Service Agency. Not easily found these days!! (See More)

I purchased a very expensive American-On Demand hybrid water heater from MacGregor's several years ago This winter the external vent pipe froze and the water heater was venting carbon monoxide into the house. It had no automated shut off (we were saved by Nest Protect) as a safe guard. MacGregor's responded to the service call promptly and fixed the problem. Even though the water heater was out of warranty Mike Wieman of MacGregor's got involved, discussing the problem with the American Water Heaters. MacGregor's has replaced the deadly water heater with a new one at no cost to me. From my discussions with Mike I know MacGregor's has done this same things in several other homes. In my experience it is rare for a company to stand behind a product to this extent. I can't say enough good about MacGregor Plumbing and Heating. (See More)
