Even though it was 4:59 and 1 minute away from the end of Leaslie T's long day, she answered her phone and endured my excited and anxious plea for help. I own a Vacation Rental and wouldn't you know it - the AC went out and I had guests checking in the very next day. She went out of her way to make sure that I got a Tech (Jim - and by the way - he is great also!) out to my place first thing in the morning. Leslie T. called us and I talked to her to make appointment. She has always been very courteous and answered questions for us. Very professional. Knew she'd help us. We have had Joe H. here on many occasions and have been extremely pleased with his service. He is friendly and very competent. He had spoken to us a while ago about our thermostat needs but did not pressure. He explained the benefits and told us to call when we wanted to go ahead with it. We called. He took care of it and I wish we'd done it before. He has done multiple blue plan checks for us and one call ran into a problem with the air conditioner. It was a very subtle problem but he worked on it and was able to get it running for us. We knew he would. He's a great ambassador for your company. We feel like he does a very thorough job. I had a frozen pipe emergency this weekend, and everyone I had contact with was extremely helpful and professional. Within an hour of my call, Chad arrived, diagnosed the problem quickly, and ultimately took care of the problem. He was careful and personable, did a very good job cleaning up, and made as small a mess as humanly possible given the nature of the repair. Chad also gave me some tips to prevent further problems like this, which I truly appreciate. A great technician, and a very nice person as well. (See More)

We were well pleased with our recent furnace check by MacGregor. Leslie was very professional in scheduling the visit and then reminding us of it a few days before. Jim Grant, the furnace specialist was very knowledgeable, and took the time to explain things and answer all of our questions. He also showed us his test results and left us with a copy. We had a sales person out to give us an estimate on air conditioning and he smelled a bit of gas at the furnace and immediately called his "tech" team and Joe S. came out within an hour, located the leak, and fixed it right away.
