We highly recommend Dakota of John Mulder Heating Ltd. of Chilliwack who came to fixed our gas furnace today. He is very professional,knowledgeable, responsive. John Mulder was great to work with. I got my quotes quickly, the work was done quickly and efficiently and they even fixed the lights in my hallway (to help them see LOL). They also reimbursed me for a service call because I ended up getting a whole new furnace. They did NOT have to do that and it was a delightful extra. I will never go anywhere else!!!! Had already had excellent experience with Mulder 9 years ago, and they have not stopped being awesome in all that time.
Installed a new HE furnace and HE water tank into the little cubby the old furnace and tank were in, which was quite a challenge. Apart from other things, they had to redo the ducts and plenum into the furnace to make it all fit.
It is now much better than before, less bends, better airflow.
Very happy with them. Friendly, to the point, fast but very high-quality work, sell good equipment, have clever solutions to tricky problems.

I called for several quotes around town, similar prices but Mulder showed the best reviews for service online. They booked me in within a week and the crew (2 gents) that came out were great. Quick, professional and clean work. Answered any questions I had. Office was great as well, took care of all the paperwork and completed the Fortis Rebate for me as well. This company has maintained our "gas fired" applicances for the last 12 years. This includes: Furnace; HW Tank; Heat Exchanger & fireplace. Just recently they replaced our HW Tank & our Heat Exchanger was replaced with an AC Unit.

After receiving a few different quotes for a new central A/C installation, I decided to go with John Mulder as they gave a fair quote and were helpful and knowledgeable to find the best solution for my house.
After signing the contract, they gave me an install date and showed up on time, ready to go. Everyone from the installers to the electrician were all friendly and respectful of my house.
The install went smooth and have not had any problems with the unit even during these very hot days. I'm not sure quite yet of the monthly electric cost yet, as I haven't had it for quite a month yet, but I'm sure it will be worth it! John Mulder Heating Ltd Team. 08/09/17 |

Kelly and Nic and the entire team were very professional and responsive to our needs. I believe the items and services provided were fairly quoted. (high efficiency forced air heating, air conditioning, hot water heating, interior fans and ducting).
Installation occurred as scheduled and in a timely manner. When an oversite occurred, it was addressed quickly and resolved.

The service call was set up by our builder when we contacted him because our heat pump was not working. The technician was very knowledgeable and efficient- it turns out the lock out temperature had not been adjusted when the system was installed. He quickly resolved the problem and provided us with information on our system as we had never had a heat pump before and the builder had not provided us with the owners manual. Last week my wife and I had a new air conditioner unit installed in our house. They arrived early Monday morning I showed them where we wanted the unit to be placed and away they went. They allowed me to watch if I wanted to but as the day went on I saw how professional they were so there was no need to watch. They worked as a team and after each part of the job was done they put everything back as it was when they arrived and they cleaned up any mess that was made. Had our new Lennox AC unit installed the other day by JOHN MULDER HEATING LTD in Chilliwack, BC. Professional team, friendly and informative. Answered all my questions and left no mess behind.
