Hello! I just wanted to reach out to someone in the Jennings company to compliment the amazing service I’ve received over a number of visits now. We called upon your company a few years back when our heat when out and we were just home from the hospital with a newborn. Andy came out incredibly quick and was the nicest guy. He explained everything and got us back up and running with a smile on his face. The dry erase board he left is still hanging on our garage door. Then over the past two days George, Andrew and Dave (and another gentleman) came and installed a generator at my house. They were very friendly and explained what they were doing. My kids said hi to them about 100 times and they always said hi back with a smile on their faces. I appreciate them and wanted to make sure someone else knows that too! (See More)

Jennings sales person professionally outlined the choices available to us for a new furnace - the heat exchanger in the old furnace was cracked and dangerous and it was December. The company scheduled the installation of our new furnace and AC and arrived on time and completed the job in only one day. The installers were courteous, professional, as quiet as possible and cleaned up everything when they completed the installation. I have no complaints and would recommend that if you need a new furnace, give Jennings a chance to provide a quote. (See More)

There are so many good things I could say about the team from Jennings Heating and Cooling. They were prompt, fair in their pricing and have a high quality product and extremely good warranty (my house was noticeably warmer throughout after the first few hours of installation)! But not only that, they truly went above and beyond by making my son feel special. He LOVES machines and "fixing things". The guys learned that about him during measuring, so when they came back for installation, they brought him his very own Jennings hat! What a great group of people. I'd recommend them to anyone! I am writing this email to express my great appreciation for the outstanding service we received from David Kraft and David Erzen. Both employees are extremely professional and hard working. Through performance of his job duties, David Kraft found a significantly long and wide crack in the heat exchange element of the furnace which he promptly brought to our attention. He probably saved our family member lives because of the high risk for carbon monoxide to be blown throughout the house over the winter months. We are extremely thankful for his attention to detail and work ethic. Also, it was very evident that both employees treated us like family members when it came to the quality of workmanship. They definitely went above and beyond the job requirements to ensure satisfaction by us. For instance, Mr. Kraft identified electrical wiring issues from the previous HVAC/Humidifier which he reconfigured for the new system he installed. (See More)

We had our furnace replaced on 4/26/18 by David and a few other technicians. David arrived on time and quickly started preparing for the job. He was polite and friendly. He helped me look through the paperwork for the current rebate program offered by our gas provider and ensured that all the necessary information was collected. He and the others worked with care and the installation looks great. My wife and I could tell that they took pride in their work. After experiencing premature blower and heat exchanger failures on two furnaces over a period of 27 years, I chose Jennings to replace our furnace in 2018 because I wanted to make sure the work was done correctly this time. Jennings price was a little higher than their competitors, but their installation team did not disappoint. Led by David, who did most of the work, the installation was completed in 1 day. Compared to the earlier furnace installs, David's work was cleanly and efficiently executed. He cleaned up multiple instances of sloppy piping and electrical work from previous installations. The final result was a neat project and a new furnace that runs well. Cudos to David and Jennings for a job well done. (See More)

Dave was here on time despite the cold weather to install a new a.c. unit. A for dedication. He was personable and seemed trustworthy. I loved that all guys wore booties in the house and Dave laid down plastic so that they didnt damage the floors. They left the area clean when they were finished. I'm told a tech will come back and fine tune the system when the weather gets warmer. I had a few requests and Dave made it happen. If I were to be super picky, my only complaint would be they didn't place the new box that attaches to the side of the house over where the old box was. I'm sure there is an easy fix to cover up the holes though. Overall, as long as the a.c. unit works and lasts, I am happy and would recommend Jennings and Dave. (See More)

I love these guys. They have done two installations for me now, both furnace and air conditioning units and they do a superb job. My furnace quit working in the middle of winter, they were out right away and got the job done. I was a little hesitant on how involved the install would be since I had my elderly Mother at home and wanted to keep her comfortable. When Dave introduced himself he was very professional and reassuring as to how the install would be done from removal of old equipment and install of new. Our experience was amazing. Obviously we did not want to do an entire new heating/cooling system right now. Jennings made us feel comfortable with their knowledge the entire time.
