George came out for a maintenance checkup for the electrical panel in my parents' home. He did a very thorough and experienced diagnostic of their whole home, made clear and concise recommendations, and offered a bid with multiple options for repairs and upgrades. Hello! I just wanted to reach out to someone in the Jennings company to compliment the amazing service I’ve received over a number of visits now. We called upon your company a few years back when our heat when out and we were just home from the hospital with a newborn. Andy came out incredibly quick and was the nicest guy. He explained everything and got us back up and running with a smile on his face. The dry erase board he left is still hanging on our garage door. Then over the past two days George, Andrew and Dave (and another gentleman) came and installed a generator at my house. They were very friendly and explained what they were doing. My kids said hi to them about 100 times and they always said hi back with a smile on their faces. I appreciate them and wanted to make sure someone else knows that too! (See More)

I had a whole house generator installed. George came out, explained the install completely and got me on the schedule immediately. 4 guys showed up early and went right to work. They were so good at their job. Cordial, professional and neat. Perfect job. Good price. Nice maintenance plan. NO COMPLAINTS. I would recommend this company to anyone looking for an install. Set me up with the generator that my situation called for. No overkill. In the 3 years that we have lived in our house, we have had a dozen power outages. It was time. Dave, Andrew and George were all simply outstanding! They were professional and answered all of our questions comprehensively. They replaced electrical components throughout the house including new lighting, switches and plugs. A new electrical panel was also installed replacing our old 100 amp service with 200 amp service. Tim Scott and Dustin Burns recently installed a tankless water heater in our home. They also had to remove an old fifty gallon water heater before installing the tankless unit. Tim arrived at 8:00 a.m. and the job was completed around 8:00 p.m. Wendy and I could not be happier with their efforts. They had to vent the tankless unit to the outside and they did a great job of doing so. They did an excellent job of removing the old tank, installing the new unit and cleaning up. Tim really knows his stuff and both Tim and Dustin were dedicated to getting the job done efficiently and correctly. They were a great team and we sincerely appreciate their fine work! The guys are all very helpful and knowledgeable, taking time to ask any questions and even making small talk here and there.They are very conscientious and take great care in keeping their work areas clean and they comply with every request. Two areas of opportunity were in the area of tracking dirt into the house when taking rest room breaks and placing tools and parts on the washer next to the work area, causing minor scratching of the washer top. Jennings Heating is a very reliable company, with trained personnel, using the mots reliable equipment. I recently purchased a condo that needed many improvements. After a service call by Jennings they advised me that the furnace, air conditioner, and water heater were all in bad shape, and should be replaced.
They made me an offer that i could not refuse to have them all replaced.
They came and installed everything in a prompt and professional manner. (See More)

Our air conditioner went out on a Saturday, the hottest day of the year as my husband lay in bed with cancer and a 102.5 fever and I have an immune problem with IV's at home. Jennings had patched it up several times before and never pressured us to buy a new one. This time was different, the compressor was totally burned out and Todd the service person told us there was a 3 week wait. Sick and hot we agreed to buy a new air conditioner AND a much needed furnace (ours were very old & inefficient). 2 days later Todd called and said due to our health emergencies they would be able to come out in 2 days!!!! Not only did they come out, they took the time to explain every step and any instructions needed. Wow, what a difference this new air conditioner is and thank goodness for a company like Jennings who are not only efficient and clean, but also compassionate. I recommend this company 100% with no exceptions or caveats, thank you Dave, Todd & the rest of your crew. (See More)
