Actual installation went well.
Think price of furnace and installation was about $1000 too high. My old furnace had failed and the house was cold. I hope that wasn't used against me. (See More)

I’m very pleased. I had a furnace unit and duct work installed. Steve and Nick were very knowledgeable And professional. Very clean and neat. What I thought would be a time consuming job, they had done in a day with no trace of them even being there except for a brand new furnace. At the End of the job I was explained exactly how the controls functioned and the new furnace operated. Thank you Nick and Steve. Great jobs guys (See More)

I love these guys. They have done two installations for me now, both furnace and air conditioning units and they do a superb job. My furnace quit working in the middle of winter, they were out right away and got the job done. The salesman was very nice, not pushy and the installers were e super nice, personable, friendly yet very professional. They work fast and take extra care to make sure everything is done well. Very positive experience with all of Jennings technicians. Very efficient and friendly people. I have confidence in this company from long term patronage. That includes the service tech who came out on a Sunday morning to temporarily replace a circuit board until the new furnace could be installed, the sales person who explained our options, and the installers who worked all day and completed the job. I was impressed from the beginning of the purchasing process to the final clean up of the install. Nick and Steve were very professional and extraordinary during the install process. Every detail was looked after from the precise layout of the line set, draining lines, furnace and AC install to sweeping up the entire area and explaining the equipment to me. They even went as far as removing a bush from the AC install area and placing at the curb for trash pickup. I felt as if they did the same quality job as if they were working on their own families homes (See More)

Both Steve as well as Dustin were complete Gentlemen. Their spirit for the job that was before them wasn't rushed. They took their expertise to the limit. They started the work on time and totally cleaned up before they left the house... When I would ask questions they would explain In detail the answer given. My A/C conked out on August 1. I was lucky that, due to a cancellation, Jennings was able to come out on the 4th to install a new unit. Two men (one was Dave B) worked hard for most of the day.
